Barbeque Sample Menu A

Main Dishes (quantity split: assumes 2 main dishes per person)

• Dartmoor Beef Burger with caramelised onions

• Dartmoor saddleback pork sausages

• Mediterranean Vegetable Brochette

Salads (choose any 2 + green salad)

• Somerset green salad, with home sprouted seeds

• Superfood salad – bulger wheat, quinoa, tomatoes, cucumber, mint,

broccoli, beans, confit lemon and fresh herb dressing

• Pasta Salad

• Classic Potato salad

• Coleslaw

• Chargrilled broccoli with garlic and chilli

• New potatoes with feta and garlic

‘Drop Off Menu’ Price - £9.95 per person, includes buns and relishes

Meat Dishes are packed raw and chilled ready for you to BBQ. Salads are packed in

serving bowls.

Compostable plate and cutlery can be purchased at £1 per person. Full

crockery/cutlery quotes can be provided separately.

• Baked Organic Salmon spiced with Moroccan Chermoulla

• Green Thai Chicken with fresh basil and coconut dipping sauce

• Dartmoor saddleback pork sausages

• Mediterranean Vegetable Skewer with basil pesto

Salads (choose any 2 + green salad)

Staff

Staff are charged at the following rates:

BBQ chef and assistant(s):

20 – 30 persons £250

31 – 40 persons £325

41 – 60 persons £410

Note:

• Includes staff for cooking barbeque, setting up and cooking equipment.

• Staff for bar service and any drinks, are not included. Extra staff charged at

£75 per person for 4 hours (minimum 4 hours)
