water requirement significantly. The initial maintenance will be backed by highly e�cient irrigation systems.
Low-flow water fixtures
About 30% of the entire volume of water in our homes is used for flushing toilets conventionally. Toilets may use up to
as much as 23 litres of water per flush cycle — and with an average life span of 15-20 years; it makes sense to install
low-flow fixtures. At BBCL Vajra these fixtures will be installed in the shower, washing and cleaning areas.

They are useful in keeping a tab on the amount of water consumed, thereby creating a judicious plan for consuming
