Achievements
Condition of the children BEFORE theproject was held
Condition of the children AFTER theproject was held
Purification of water
Water from the hand-pumped well was turbidand unsanitary.
Children did not have clean water to drink andclean themselves.
The water quality was unknown and unsafe forthe children to use.
Water is relatively clean and clear after thewater purification system was built.
Children have safer water to drink and cleanthemselves.
The analysis results show the water qualityimprovement through water purification.
The quality of the drinking water can beguaranteed which protecting childrens health.
Health Check
Wounds of children were not properly treated.
There was no organized and detailed databaseabout childrens health condition.
Usually these orphans health problems could
not be detected until they become serious.
Wounds of children are properly treated. Somemore mature children have acquired the skill of

Health Education
Children hadbad habits and little idea that these
behaviors are hazardous to their health, such aseating with pets in the same bowl, drinking
water from the hand-pumped well directly, bathing with dirty water, eating without
washing hands before, never using soap, etc.
Children learn the correct way of washing
hands and brushing teeth. They also know howto wash their hair and clothes in a better way.
Children know some of their habits areunhealthy and have corrected these behaviors.
Children know how to prevent getting sick.
Donation
Children did not have adequate clothes, foodand other basic necessity for daily use.
Children now have sufficient clean clothes andnutrient food. They also have adequate hygiene
equipment.
