Growing out of the hillside overlooking the pool and magnificent land and sea scapes is the ultimate

honeymoon suite or love nest, an idyllic retreat for two. Absolutely stunning and romantic, your every

The Villa was completed in 2001 with the latest simplicity and elegance of international high fashion.

Exquisite art and furnishings; full air conditioning. The mezzanine bedroom enjoys spectacular views,

has a floor to ceiling glass shower in the ensuite and skylight over the bed. The main floor has indoor

and outdoor fireplaces and walls of glass bifold doors that open onto a stunning balcony on three sides.

It has a fabulous gourmet kitchen, another full bathroom and an outdoor shower.

The Villa is only a 2 minute drive from romantic and historic Russell, the first capital of New Zealand. It





is a 45 minute drive from Kerikeri, the closest airport, which is a 40 minute flight from Auckland. Villa

600A is a 3Â½ hour drive or 60 minute helicopter flight from Auckland Airport.

Swim in your own heated drop edge lap pool or take a spa for total relaxation in the privacy of your own

Villa. Enjoy state-of-the-art sound and movies on the 3-metre "Big Screen" or on flat-screen

televisions with an extensive library of CD's, DVD's and Videos. You have a choice of walking tracks

through beautiful native bush, some leading to our own secluded beaches.

Gaze at the stars through the telescope, pamper yourself with a massage, have dinner created by the

Activities

The Bay of Islands is a world-renowned holiday destination for deep sea and big game fishing as well as

sailing and cruising throughout the many picture perfect islands, bays and coves. It is also known for its

dolphin and whale watching, its secluded beaches, lush native bush walks, and historic attractions. It

epitomises clean, green New Zealand. For the more adventurous, sea kayaking, para-sailing, sky

diving, water skiing, scuba diving and snorkelling are all available. Tennis in Russell and golf at

Waitangi or the internationally acclaimed Kauri Cliffs can be arranged.
