ILS, Michael & Erin RCMI Report See below. RCMII Report Good morning ASC, Denise apologizes but she was unable to attend June 2014 BASCNA. She is disappointed because this is the first ASC she has missed since joining the RCM team. RSC was held on weekend of May 17 + 18th, here is a recap of the results:

Tailgating info will be posted on website & when we contact ticket holders. We are also planning our 33rd Anniversary Party on 8/23/14. More will be revealed. The subcommittee meets the 1st & 3rd Wednesday at 6:30pm at The Place. All are welcome and we do not have a clean time requirement just a willingness to serve! Finally we are asking the Area to approve our budget/allocated funds increase request of $50 to a total of $350 per month. This increase is for inflation of costs of goods & svcs to put on events. I have spoken with Ray and I am now aware of what time and what space we can use at The Place. He new date and time for this event will be on July 26 from 11am to 3pm. I purchased the scanner for the Area and the total cost for this was $152.99 which saved us a total of $80. I will be returning the $147.00 to the Area. Public Relations We had a good turnout for our poster hanging day, Allen R. Was the winner of a Special Edition Living Clean book for putting up the most posters. We are doing a presentation for the board members of Carlton Manor on Thursday, June 12th. If interested in being a part of or finding out what the primary mission statement is contact myself or Mark B. We are also working with Brighthouse Networks to play PSAs. The will run 450 times throughout Pinellas, 450 times Tampa, 150 times Manatee, 150 times Pasco and 150 times Polk. We are coordinating with the other subcommittees to finalize details. More will be revealed. We've been contacted by Lili Kennedy with Boley Centers regarding a PR presentation for possible H&I meeting.
