She is disappointed because this is the first ASC she has missed since joining the RCM team. RSC was held on weekend of May 17 + 18th, here is a recap of the results:

1. Motion #01-01-14 RSC Budget for fiscal year 6-1-14 to 5-31-15, consensus reached. 2. Workgroup Proposal #01-5-14: Disaster Preparedness, Response, and Recovery Plan Coordination, Responsibilities

and Accountability - Intent: to clarify in the GFRS the coordination of responsibilities and accountability related to the preparation, response and recovery in the event of a disaster.

* Groups must vote on the Recovery Plan * A copy of Recovery Plan will accompany minutes.

Activities Activities is excited about the upcoming Baseball event on 6/1 @ 7:10 against the Baltimore Orioles. We have met our minimum requirement and still will accept money for tickets till 6/11/14. Tickets are $39 for Papa John's Bullpen Box. Tailgating info will be posted on website & when we contact ticket holders. We are also planning our 33rd Anniversary Party on 8/23/14. More will be revealed. The subcommittee meets the 1st & 3rd Wednesday at 6:30pm at The Place. All are welcome and we do not have a clean time requirement just a willingness to serve! I have spoken with Ray and I am now aware of what time and what space we can use at The Place. He new date and time for this event will be on July 26 from 11am to 3pm. I purchased the scanner for the Area and the total cost for this was $152.99 which saved us a total of $80. I will be returning the $147.00 to the Area. The topic for the next newsletter, which is set for distribution on September 14th, is “Faith”. All items including stories, artwork, poetry and anything else recovery related is appreciated. Public Relations We had a good turnout for our poster hanging day, Allen R. Was the winner of a Special Edition Living Clean book for putting up the most posters. We are doing a presentation for the board members of Carlton Manor on Thursday, June 12th. If interested in being a part of or finding out what the primary mission statement is contact myself or Mark B. We are also working with Brighthouse Networks to play PSAs. The will run 450 times throughout Pinellas, 450 times Tampa, 150 times Manatee, 150 times Pasco and 150 times Polk. We are coordinating with the other subcommittees to finalize details. More will be revealed. We've been contacted by Lili Kennedy with Boley Centers regarding a PR presentation for possible H&I meeting.
