Aqua Rodos is the leader in production of exclu-sive and serial bathroom furniture.

Over 15 years we have been creating the brand that is regarded by our customers as the furni-ture that boasts high quality and excellent design. Our company is developing dynamically, master-ing new types of business, gaining recognition from the new customers.

Embracing responsibility for our customers, we operate the high-end and innovative equip-ment, developed by the top world manufactur-ers, that allows us to create the first-class furni-ture. The Aqua Rodos factory has no competitors in the Eastern Europe that are so well equipped. Currently, our production and storage facilities are over 35,000 m2. And the storage program has over 100,000 product pieces. The well-coordinated work of the factory is ensured by over 700 quali-fied employees. In 2010, the “ISO 9001 compatible management system” has been developed, docu-mented and implemented at the factory.

We create the bathroom furniture that differs not only by the exterior, but also by its high qual-ity, durability, and robustness. Only eco-friendly and certified materials, produced by the European companies, are used for furniture manufacturing. The furniture is produced from the chipboard and MDF “Egger” (Austria) and “Kronospan” (Czech Republic), natural solid wood of ash tree. Humidity-resistance and satin luster are achieved through using the innovative technologies of covering with the coating materials “ICA” (Italy).

Furthermore, the furniture is covered with 0.6 mm of the natural peeled veneer from the Ital-ian manufacturer, and eco-peeled veneer “Reno-lit” (Germany). The mirrors and mirror elements of the furniture, produced by the “AGC”, are almost not impacted by humidity due to the use of the sil-ver-based amalgam. Mirrors are equipped with the convenience outlets and the high-quality LED spotlights of last generation. Doors and drawers are equipped with the high-quality components by “Blum” and “Hettich”, legs and knobs produced by the European manufacturers. The “CeraStyle” washbasin (Turkey), “Cersanit”, “Kolo” (Poland) are successfully completing the design of the fur-niture.

The Aqua Rodos products are compliant with the requirements of GOST 16371-93. “Furniture. Gen-eral technical requirements”. We are proud of the bathroom furniture we produce, and are willingly communicating with the customers. The quality of service is as valuable for us, as the quality of the products. A 36 months warranty applies to all the furniture.

FITTING AND MATERIALS:PRODUCTION FACILITIES AREA:The total production facilities area of the company”s workshops is currently over 35,000 m2. The number of the Aqua Rodos factory employees is over 700. Over 15 years of experience in the furniture production.

EQUIPMENT:Formatted panels” treatment – saw cutting stations “Selco WNT 730” produced by “Biesse” [Italy] and “Holzma” [Germany]

Standardization and polishing of the components is completed on the modern equipment by “Biesse Viet” [Italy].

COATING:

“CELFA Finishing” company has the most up-to-date technologies of paint application – they are used in our production complex, where the newest paint application system is installed. All process is completed in the closed chambers at the automated lines; it allows to achieve the best quality of coating of the elements. During the production of the Aqua Rodos furniture the polyether UV materials produced by “ICA” (Italy), are used. Due to their properties, the high efficiency of the painting lines is achieved and, as a result, the best quality of the coating.

Drilling and shaping of the technical holes is done at the “Biesse Skipper”, “Biesse Rover”, “Biesse Techno FDT” [Italy] drilling centers.

Treatment with the “Rehau” railing is done at the “Biesse Stream” [Italy] straight-line machines.

The “Blum” (Austria), “Hettich” (Germany) fitting is used for configuring by Aqua Rodos. The concealed rails technology ensures great smooth motion of fully loaded drawers, allowing to produce the furniture that is compliant with the highest standards.

Only the chipboard and MDF from the most known manufacturers “Kronospan” (Czech Republic), “Egger” (Austria) are used for produc-tion of the furniture. Besides, the natural peeled veneer (Italy) is used.The high-quality railing of the world leader in manufacturing of the polymeric materials “Rehau” (Germany) is used in the Aqua Rodos furniture production.

CERAMICS:

All Aqua Rodos furniture is configured with the high-quality washbasins from the prominent European manufacturers.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION:

The total storage facilities area is over 35,000 m2. Over 100,000 product pieces are stored at the storage facilities of the company. The marketable state of the products during the transportation should be unchanged, so the packed Aqua Rodos furniture has several levels of protection. All Aqua Rodos furniture is packed in the five-layer corrugated card boxes, filled with foamed polypropylene, and further is packed in the polyethylene, using the vacuum packaging method. Construction of the transportation package of the Aqua Rodos products is resistant to up to 10 cycles of the load/upload process and ensures safe long-distance transportation of the furniture.
