Town of Sussex Basketball Court Rules This facility is for basketball players only. Playing ball hockey or riding bicycles is not permitted. Notices will be displayed when the court is closed due to special events. The court will be locked during these events. Only players are allowed on the court. All others must be outside the fence, or seated on benches. Playing sessions should be 30 minutes in duration. If no one is waiting for the court, play may continue. Do not walk or run around the court. Please wait until play has stopped. The Sussex Recreation Department reserves the right to use the court for instruction or tournament play. Please do not hang from the nets. This facility is a drugs and alcohol free zone. Animals are not permitted. Please help keep the area clean. Use the trash receptacles. Motor vehicles or foot traffic are not permitted. Vandalism costs money. It’s your facility. Respect it! Please direct questions or concerns to the Recreation Department at 432-4573.
