controls the amount of light before it reaches the shutter

also tackles the depth of field measured to f-stops (e.g f/8) high aperture = low number = open (e.g. f/4)

low aperture = high number = narrow (e.g. f/32)

2.SHUTTER SPEED controls how long the duration of light before it reaches the sensor

slower shutter speed (e.g. 30”) = motion blurring effect

faster shutter speed (e.g. 1/1600) = captures sharp image

International Standards Organization the sensitivity of the camera’s sensor to light

high ISO speed (e.g. ISO 3200) = bright but grainy image
