STEP 1: Open up a PowerPoint file. Go to the menu bar and click insert.

STEP 3: You will need to browse through and choose a foldable image that you want to work with. In this example, I have chosen a foldable in the Trifold Pack folder > Shutter Cut Outs folder > Shutter Cut Out – Short – 4 Flaps Image from my MEGA PACK of foldables.

STEP 5: You can now add any clipart or text that you choose. Add clipart using the same method you used to add the image of the foldable.

STEP 6: To change the size of the foldable, click onto the image so that size points appear on the periphery of the image. You can also change the rotation of the image by moving the rotation tool (green circle).

STEP 7: To add another identical image. You just have to cut and paste. (In this example I resized the original image to make it smaller and then I moved it to the corner. I then cut and paste the image to made another image and then I relocated the second image to the opposite corner.)

STEP 8: To add text, click on the Insert menu again and then click onto the Text Box icon. (In this example, I have enlarged the text font and centered the text in the middle of the foldable.)

STEP 9: To add more text boxes, just cut and paste. You can also rotate them so that they are oriented in the position you want.
