Many form of arguments, but here is he example of several arguments:1. A-R-E-L ArgumentsA: AssertionThis is the tittle of your argument to ease judges identify your argument since the beginning. DONT use social POV, economic POV or other POV, because it is not the tittle of argument.Example: THBT illiterate people should not voteAssertion: Government should qualify the voterR: ReasonThis is the place where you should put your analysis and elaboration towards your Assertion. So, the judges will see logical link and how relevance your argument is.Example: Motions as in AssertionReason: Illiterate become unqualified to be a voter because they are not fully taught by the valid information such as newspaper, television, etc. Generally illiterate people will have the information from surrounding rather than based on their consent. Because of there is a risk of unqualified voter, illiterate should note vote.E: EvidenceThis is the place where you should put analogy, example or precedence to support and prove your argument is validExample: Motions as in AssertionEvidence:Children are not allowed to vote because they havent gotten full information and valid consent.L: Link BackThis is the crucial part of your argument that mostly left by several debaters. Its function is to correlate with the motions and summarizes your argument. It will indicate the judges to count or remember your argument that you have spoken.Example: Motions as in AssertionLink Back:Because illiterate people dont have full information and valid consent that required by government in time of elections just like children, so that is why illiterate people should not vote.2. Hybrid ArgumentsHybrid or combine argument is argument and your rebuttals at the same time. It means that your argument directly clashes to opponent arguments. But the structures could be similar wit A-R-E-L. The thing you should do is emphasize when you will try to deliver hybrid arguments.
