MILLER ROAD FACILITY• Facility comprised of 37 acres, designed to maximize

manufacturing and shipping

• Assembly building 35,000 square foot (two 40 ton and two

10 ton cranes with 30’ hook height)

• Steel fabrication building 25,000 square foot facility with

four 20 ton cranes with 30’ hook height

• Pipe and vessel fabrication building 25,000 square foot

indoor blast/paint facility

• Coatings facility paint booths 17’ W x 15’ H x 70’ L and one

steel grit re-cycle blast booth

• Stabilized yard with 15 acres for rig up and pre-assembly

• Secured entry

• Export shipments are less than 4 miles from the port for

export and 4 miles from Beltway 8

• Project/Engineering onsite including offices for customer

use during projects

grading, concrete, and structural. Our

PCIS offers diverse construction

services, including but not limited to

Civil Construction, infrastructure,

general contracting, commercial,

industrial facilities construction, site

improvement, and turnkey

construction. PCIS has developed a

reputation for completing projects on

time and within budget.

Mechanical PCIS offers maintenance turnaround

and capital program services in

chemicals, refining, and

manufacturing. Our team provides

equipment installation, equipment

replacement, repairs, field

modifications, and equipment/piping

demolition. We provide quality field

and shop fabrication to support your

maintenance and capital projects both

large and small. Our team is

supported by shop crafts that supply

pipe and structural fabrication support.

Our expertise includes but is not

limited to Modular Construction of

Process Equipment, Skid Mounted

Compressor Packages, and Pipe

Racks.

Commissioning PCIS experienced staff of Engineers

and Operation Specialists work with

the Owner’s Operations & Mechanical

team for a Safe Startup of all

equipment. The successful completion

of the Commissioning Phase in any

project is critical to check and double

check that the plant is ready to move

to Startup. It is vital to assemble a

reliable team that has the mechanical

and operational experience to assure

that all systems and components have

been installed properly and the plant is

ready for the Startup phase.
