Bashkir State Medical University, established in 1932, is one of the leading medical universities in the Russian Federation and the center of medical and pharmaceutical sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan. More than 35,000 doctors of different specialties graduated including 3,000 foreign student graduates from the University in 85 years.

For its low tuition fee, excellent practice and knowledge, Bashkir State Medical University became popular among international students for medical studies. It has over 8000 Medical students and over 500 full-time faculty in General Medicine (MD/MBBS), Dentistry, Pediatrics, Pharmacy and Preventive Medicine. University is a member of the World Health Organization (WHO) and recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).

General Medicine (MBBS)

Duration: 6 Years During study, students learn through lectures, bedside teaching, case demonstration, outpatient clinics teaching and other modes of instructions and practical work. General Medicine course is taught in English Medium for the first 3 years.

Clinical sessions

For the first 3 years of training, students are mainly focused on theoretical subjects like biology, medical physics, chemistry, biochemistry, human anatomy, histology, physiology, pathology, microbiology, Latin and foreign languages, social sciences. From the very beginning our students are involved in clinical practice: within 1st and 2nd year, they discover basics of nursing care at practical clerkship and basics of clinical examination. During the last 3 years, students learn clinical subjects: internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, public health and prevention.

About faculty

Faculty of General Medicine trains specialists in internal disease, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, Otorhinolaryngology, dermatology and venerology, infectious diseases, etc.

The departments of the faculty are equipped with modern diagnostic facilities. Foreign scientists and professors are invited to deliver lectures.

procedure

Step 1:

Submit the application form with your 12th marksheet or equivalent certificate in our office for the Admission letter.

Step 2:

Apply for passport (If you have a passport already then go to step 2).

Step 3:

Submit your passport photocopy or scan in our office for Invitation letter.

Step 4:

Upon receiving Invitation letter submit your passport and other required documents* for visa purposes.

Step 5:

Arriving to University.
