Click the Graduation Application link.


Based on the rules created on SHAGADS,the rules matched for the student degree

will appear.


Click the drop down button to choosethe graduation date created on SHAGADR.


Based on the rules created on SHAGADR, the student will have the option to select

if they will be attending graduation ceremony.


Based on the rules created on SHAGADR, the student will have the option to enter

how they would like their diploma to display their name.


Based on the rules created on SHAGADR, the student will have the option to enter

a address for their Diploma.


Based on the rules created on SHAGADR, the student will be assessed graduation fees.


Click the Submit Request button after reviewing Graduation Application Summary


Clicking the View Graduation Application buttonwill display a summary of the

submitted graduation application.
