massacre of the population of the province on June 25, 2015 by the terrorist (Daash) which

activities, announced (as a -arb-Assyrians, Syriac -Chechen-Armenian -Turkmen) Democratic

Self-Ruled Administration, in order to fill the security and administrative and service vacuum,

and secure needs and requirements of living of the population after the liberation and the

expulsion of the Syrian regime. The People's Protection Units and women ypg, ypj allied military

army free, and air support from the international coalition aircraft from defeat and expulsion of

the terrorist organization outside the Canton's borders.

After liberation the residents returned to the ruined city, and life began returning to slowly, but

that the terrorist organization in order to boost the morale of its fighters collapsed after defeats

in the trenches and battle fronts .They returned once more to the city , taking advantage of the

presence of combat troops in the battle front ,to infiltrate under the cover of darkness to the city

disguised as army Free allied with the People's Protection Units.

On the morning of 06/25/2015 at four and a half terrorists entered the city and killed in cold

blood twenty-three civilians, women, children and elderly in the village of Berkh Botan, but

within the city have dispersed the living and stationed on the roofs of high-rise buildings and

killed all that they met in the road and inside the houses where the organization managed to

control of some buildings, and commit horrific massacres in each of the following areas (near the

automated bakery, and the headquarters of the Government of Kobani, and on the road south of

the city of Aleppo, and in the vicinity of the Gas Station Mustafa Darwish on the road Sheeran,

east of the city, and north of the city in the neighborhood Customs, in the city center near the

Express, and the old market of Al Hal ,secondary boys school , (Hospital Mstnor), Haj PKU Lane,

west of reggae, the vicinity Martyr Osman School, 48th Street, Termik Bijan village, the village

Barbkhtan, village Brkh Batan).

Kobanî city is a Kurdish city. Killing the people there were deliberately targeted the Kurdish

people in revenge, where killed children, women and elders the terrorists used various kinds of

weapons, suicide bombings and shooting. The civilians directly and slaughtered from vein to vein

using white weapons.

People's Protection Units issued a statement in which said that "on June 25 2015 in the early

morning hours, entered a group of mercenaries made up of 80-100 mercenary, the aim of

committing genocide massacre against the civilians of women, children and elderly in the town

of Kobani."

It added that "this mercenary group came to Kobanî through the Serrin, southern of Kobani.

from the village of Brkh Botan and 210 in the Center of the city. in addition to the 273 civilians

are wounded.

Court.

The first witness: According to the witness (Salah Ali Buzan) brother of the martyr Ali Mazloum

date of birth (1981) with the following:

I woke up to the sounds of gunshots, went out on the impact and stepped up to the roof of the

house to see what happens. I saw many cars, I thought then that it cars YPG, but after that we

saw from they are killing the people, we realized at the time that they are Daash, then I heard

the sound of shots at the door of our house, so I did, too, fired on them, killing two of them, and

they threw a hand grenade into the house She was struck My aunt, which was inside the house

at the time She died immediately my brother was also wounded, and was martyred after eight

hours from his injury.

Witness II: (a Nazi Remo) when we heard gunshots, we realized later through our contacts with

the relatives that the mercenaries of Daash attacked the province, and began to sneak into

houses, and killing of them, so we decided to get out of our houses on their way to the village

east of the province, and after that we got into the car we were surprised by a group shot on us,

wounding and killed all of family my husband and two of my daughters and the wife of my son,

.and after they killed my family, contact one of those criminals another person, and asked him

that among the family boy with a disabilities an old woman and two children, what should I do

them, and then they took me to The house where a group of people and children, They arrested

us and after a while came YPG forces, and Save us, and took us to the village of Qara Halnj.

According to the third witness (Mustafa Haidar), a resident of massacre neighborhood, an

eyewitness to the massacre, including the following: I woke up to the sound of gunshots, and

stood on the porch, and I saw two people dressed in military uniform, asked what the cause of

the fire, they signaled a signal victory, Vatjha then to the house (Aljmk), and there killed a

woman and went to the house of Sur and someone looked through the window to the inside of

the house, and threw a hand grenade inside the house, and went beyond the hill Mashta light,

and then I saw four people dressed in military dress came from the parties ( heterosexual Noor)

and went towards the house (capable of sense Halawi) and killed four people from their family,

including a child and a guest then headed toward Halnj through, and there erected a roadblock

and started firing at each of came and went, and saw them kill two and two on a motorcycle,

then killed two were inside the car, was killed one person inside the car and set fire to the car,

Vaanrguet body of the driver, leaving only the rib cage, and then was found dead (Izz al-Din Glo)

dumped in the street and then the body (Hamdi Hski) then went my father and House (Ahmo )

Fthert inside my home the body of two men and a woman who was the nickname of the family,

and then I saw the body of the old man and his mother and four dead in their beds.

(Houla) the fourth witness went towards the house (Solomon Jammu) , she found the body of

(Suleiman) thrown into the kitchen, and the body of his mother (Amina Mohamed) on her bed,

then headed toward the house (Mamo JMX) and I saw blood (LNG) through the window, on the

way back I saw a car Honda inside the body of two people.

According to the witness V (Mahmoud Mamo), a witness to the massacre, including the

following: I woke up from my sleep and saw a car parked near the house in Maktelah where got

out of four people went two of them toward our house, and went four opposite direction, They

started firing at our house, and then Contact my cousin, and told me that these are not as just

that they are members of the People's Protection Units but they are mercenaries Daash, and

said to me: They killed my mother and killed in the house one of my relatives, including two

children their ages are 3.2 years and then entered the house of my aunt and killed her husband

and son and her daughter in law , then entered the house of my aunt and uncle were killed and

his wife and child, then went to the house of my aunt, a neighbor girl in the age of seventeen,

and I saw a woman and setting up checkpoints on the road to Halnj and kill both coming off or

going through this road.

According to the witness VI (Mohammed Temmo ), a resident of the neighborhood Martyr Akef:

I woke up to the sound of shots were fireworks, and headed toward the gas station to bring the

gas cylinder, and then I took my gun, and I went out and my son was standing in the street,

stopped a car in front of me riding two open one of them his hand and said, "God is mercy" then

he fired at my son and he died three hours after his injury, my wife ran toward her son, then

shot them also she died . and I saw them how to shoot randomly at all of they see at home,

without distinction between any one .

According to the witness VII (Mustafa Baqi Kheder ) with the following: I was asleep in my house

with my family, woke up to the sound of shooting, I went to inquire about the reason for the

shooting I discovered later that Daash province has entered, I went out to the street and I heard

a car coming I guessed they are People's Protection Units voice, came That car was inside young

blond and we asked about the border crossing We showed him toward the crossing, but my

neighbor shouted loudly: "They Daash" was bruised and a witness was blood coming out of my

mouth, he rashes quickly drove towards the border crossing, and within minutes we heard a

huge explosion in front of the gate border, We then started then to the gate, and I saw the body

there, I could recognize them, it was the body of (Mahmoud Nouri), a member of Asayish we

carried him, and someone shouted: My son inside the shop, we found his body, too, has been

cited, and I think that the old close fourth, On my way back to the house I saw eight armed

elements someone holds his hand ""BXS and a belt of strip of bullets, they headed toward the

neighborhood, said one of the people who were standing next to me and my son as well: They

Daash, and I said fighting the b k s fired my neighbor stood up one of them and focused his feet

on the ground and fired successive shots at me from "b k x".

According to the witness VIII (Mohamed Ibn Abu Ali pesky), a witness stated the following: I

came out on the impact of hearing shots fired, and saw my neighbor ( Weso ) ! a Christian

person standing in front of his own shop of repairing just ten meters there were two people

overlook from behind Wall, and said to him: Come to protect yourself is that house back, and

tried to escape, but they shot him, wounding his head back and fell to the ground, ran away

towards another street.

According to the witness IX (Semo Atllah ) about the massacre Kobanî the following: "I was

standing and I Buzan Fadi seen a car stopped near us to ask the driver for the border gate, Buzan

Fadi tried to snatch his weapon, but he threatened us blew himself up with the car between us,

and tried to escape in his car, and ran into pier, which exploded a car tire, and was wounded in

the face, and went towards the border gate, has looked to the north and saw seven or eight

people heading towards us, shouted one of them we have: -where is Akeed? I said to him: I have

not left one by that name, and shot all the civilians and killed nearly 33 people.

Witness X said the child onto his right foot (Jakin Hendawi) and aged 13 years that: "I woke up to

the sound of bullets, and I realized that my father had gone to the border gate after the headset

sound of the explosion, and I saw in the street elements firing in all directions have been killed

my sister in front of our door.

According to the witness (Buzan Fadi Hakik) , one of the neighborhood Martyr Sarhad the

following: "I woke up to the sound of gunshots, and I went out and saw Akeed chasing group,

and shouted at me and saying he Daash two, stopped in front of me a car driven by a young

man, asked me about the border gate I knew it from the elements Daash and I tried to tear his

weapon, and opened the car door, but he threatened to blow himself up, and was wearing an

explosive belt and went to the gate, and then I saw a group of Daash composed of eight people

were shooting in all directions on the civilian passers-by.

The first witness : According to the first witness : Zeinah Mohamad Habib .her mother Halimah

, Age 51 including the following:-

I woke up to the sound of gunfire at about four in the morning, and I asked about th reason for

the shooting replied from abroad that the cause of fire is jubilation in liberation of Serrin City .

came to bear my weapon to also participate in this event, and went out to the front gate of the

court but I was surprised screaming for help from the North of the village, and she told me my

mom stop to make sure the cause of this screaming, and I saw with my own eyes shots were

coming from the northern side towards our house and bounce on the walls of.

Then came my uncle and told us that Daash had attacked the village, and occupied went outside

all heading north out of the village, and let my mom, because she decided to go to my uncle

house to tell them that Daash had attacked the village, but they Were surprised that people

wearing dress protection modules popular forces, and shooting randomly and, in all directions,

and towards anyone they see has been shot dead .they killed my mom, I went out with some of

my family members outside the village, and then I heard that the uncle had also been killed.

of my house, and began screaming at me to surrender myself, but I did not Surrender , being

aware that they will slaughter my children, and I saw through my window that they are

deployed in the village, firing bullets randomly in all directions and they are zoomed in "God is

great, and approached the home, and threw Hand grenade again fell in front of the kitchen door

near where Iheld my kids inside, and after that they realized that I would not surrendered Stop

Me, and they went toward the center of the village, and continued Resisting to more than three

hours where run out of ammunition , and turned to the center of the village, I discovered later

that they went to address the members of the battalion sun North who came from the western

side of the village.

Question Committee of one of the children, aged eight years: Why did your father come to you

in the bathroom?

The child answered: Because Daash kill everyone, even children, and we were very scared, but

my father saved us .

:The third witness

Said : (Hawker Bahauddin) testified about the family of the martyr (Juma Sheikh Mohammed),

who was killed at the hands of Daash in the town of Kobani.

The witness stated the following: was this family sleeps on the attic made of iron, consisting of

four children, and their mother (the struggle of Ali Bahauddin), which has been filtered with her

children aged seven years and called Aras Haji and two were sleeping and were stabbed the girl

adult four years old, and the other child was not hurt being concealed himself under the blanket

The fourth witness

The fourth witness: Haifa Omar Yousef 19 years old, according to the witness, the daughter of a

murdered at the hands of Daash, he and five members of his family, "the father, mother and two

sisters and their aunt and sister.

It reported the following: My father, my mother and my sister (Yasmin Omar Yusuf) sleeping on

the attic and came elements Daash then, and I saw them with my own eyes and they shoot at

my father and my mother and sister and then we went to the other attic, which had been

cross-legged in front of the door, We came nearer him and asked him, turned out to us that he

completely disabled, we asked ! He answered the following: I was sleeping with my sister that is

paralyzed inside this room, and next door my sister, which was supervised on our servers came

elements Daash , and shot my sister started and ran into the wall of the room above the sponge

and parents have a question answered as a human being cranky and totally disabled, and was

the only sister that oversees our service has been killed.

Fifth witness, "a witness from the village (Brkh Bhutan) name (Ronaha Mustafa Bahauddin) and

16-year-old, a grandmother whose granddaughter was killed her daughter with her sister.

It reported the following: I woke up to the sound of the shooting, and saw my grandmother is

moving toward the sound Vtbatha I and my aunt, and I saw with my own eyes how to shoot at

my grandmother to dead, and then I ran towards my aunt, and shot her, too, and fell over the

corpse of my grandmother, was my aunt second run at him the bodies, so they shot them too,

She was struck in her waist , I hold her hand and walked out, so they fire on us, She was struck

last shot, and I looked back and I saw how my grandmother being slaughtered!

According to the witness VI (Mustafa Bahauddin), aged 70 years, a witness, including the

following: "I was on ablution to prepare for the dawn prayer, I saw a convoy of cars do not know

the population, they crossed the village to the north, and after a while, followed by four cars

stopped in the center of the village, and they got out of people I could recognize them through

military dress and watched their weapons, and then they heard shooting at the house of my

brother, a village headman, and I heard the voice of my nephew screaming women have

challenged and then learned that they killed my nephew and my brother's granddaughter.

According to the seventh witness, the wife of Mustafa Bahauddin Miley "I saw the fire towards

the village randomly , I hid under the blanket and made towards my daughter and shot at the

net and walked toward the south of the village ran to the house I saw our neighbors and I saw

bodies strewn on the ground and entered the house I saw a group of women and children hiding

In the kitchen.

The Committee asked her on the number of bodies you saw replied: I saw six bodies lying on

the ground, four of them children, including a four-year-old girl, and all these are members of

one family.

According to the witness VIII (Bashir Mohamed Osman) the following: the son of a martyr and

the martyr brother of the martyr, I have learned from my sisters that they had entered our

house after that shot on the door, and entered the house, and took my father and tied his

hands, and shoved to the ground, and shot in the head, then My mother ran to him and killed

her, too, and shouted my brother, aged twelve years: "Why did you kill my father and mother,"

he was taken also shot him, too, and we stayed in the room and we are afraid, and wounded

brother, aged eight years, and now we've seen with our own eyes, "How were killed my mother

and my father ."

The Commission saw a child five years, and the victim was shot in the jaw.
