The House is a pristine example of a Belle Époque mansion, originally built in 1914. The goal of the project of restoration was to preserve the original structure of the house. A guest house with 17 suites, that reflects the glamour of the 20s, surrounded by artist´s studios, diplomatic residences and walking distance to the Malecón overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

4 Contemporary Queen Bedded rooms. 19 square meters (205 sq feet), 2 located on the second and third floor of the contemporary wing, overlooking the Spanish Diplomatic Residence on Calle San Martin and 2 located in the Old Manor wing.
