Our premier function space has a beautiful relaxed feel with a

garden wall spanning the length of the room. The room is ideal

for large stand-up events for up to 120 people and has a

private bar, screen and music output.

Booking Confirmation▪ Each function at The Barking Dog is confirmed only when a Booking Form

is completed and the security deposit is paid under no circumstances will

your booking be made without a deposit paid.

Security Deposit▪ A $500 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking the function. This

is refunded within 5 days of the conclusion of your event if there has been

no damaged caused to the venue.

Cancellations▪ In the event that the function is cancelled, the following guidelines will

apply:

The clients security deposit is forfeited

If function is cancelled between 1-30 days prior to the date of the

function 50% of the minimum spend will be required.

Final Payments▪ Payment of food and bar tab must be paid prior to the function

commencing.

▪ If paying by cheque, final payment must be made at least 10 days prior to

the event.

Prices▪ Prices in the function information package are correct at the time of printing

and are subject to change.

▪ All prices are inclusive of GST.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Responsibility▪ The Barking Dog does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of

any patrons property left on the premises prior to, during or after the

conclusion of the function.

▪ The Client is responsible for any damage to the venue or its

surroundings caused by themselves, their guests or outside

contractors.

▪ All items must be removed at the end of the night

▪ The principles of the Responsible Service of the Alcohol will apply at all

times. Management reserves the right to refuse service to or evict any

member of the party who contravenes the Barking Dog’s RSA policies

regarding RSA.

Prohibitions▪ Food or drink is not to be bought onto the premises unless authorised

by management.

▪ Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or stapled to any surface of The

Barking Dog.

Setup▪ Decorations can be done 1 hour prior to the function commencing.

Clean up Fee▪ Whilst decorations are allowed, if any confetti or party poppers are

used a $35 per hour clean up fee will apply.
