You are warmly invited to join us in Plymouth for our 2010 Baptist Assembly! Everyone is very welcome at this important event in the life of our denomination as we explore together our Assembly theme, ‘One World, One Mission’.
One World
The world has changed. Boundaries are porous. Travel has never been easier. Communication is instantaneous. Migration has brought the world to our doorstep.
One World One Mission
In the Baptist Assembly 2010 we want to reflect on the one mission that binds BUGB and BMS World Mission together. Jesus has called us to make the Good News known to everyone in this global village, and that’s bound to demand the best of us. Assembly will help us to reflect on this as we worship, learn and discuss together.
One World One Mission One Assembly
Christians often think small. This Assembly will encourage us to think big. Whether we are part of God’s mission in the UK or in another country, our prayer is that God will inspire us afresh to serve him in this amazing, struggling, confused world.
