Six Month Return-to-Site PolicySix months after the completion of your property, Palm Construction will return-to-site to undertake any worksthat have arisen since completion. Until completed, the owner will retain 5% of the total construction cost.

Payment ScheduleThe payment schedule for Banyan Villas is designed to give clients added security on their investment and theopportunity to be totally satisfied with each stage of construction before making any further payment.
