Chef’s Promise Executive Chef Steven Ward and his team are proud to partner with local farmers & ranchers in order to bring the freshest local product to your table. Chef Ward describes our culinary approach as “F.L.O.S.S.” –fresh, local, organic, seasonal and sustainable. Menu Selection After listening to and working closely with our guests, we are pleased to present a full selection that we know you will find helpful when planning your event. Special menu needs such as gluten-free, vegan, and other special dietary need options are welcome and executed with great attention to flavor and presentation. As always we are “at your service” and pleased to prepare custom menus to help make your meal a unique and exciting dining experience.
Food, Beverage & Service Charge Catered food & beverage will be supplied by hotel. All prices are subject to the standard 22% service charge. There is no sales tax in Oregon.
Guarantees To ensure freshness and availability of product we do ask for a guaranteed number for meals three business days prior to the scheduled function. This number will be considered a final minimal guarantee for billing at the conclusion of your event.
