Campaign Execution
•Data Acquisition –
Liquidus will manage the procurement and refresh of data for all participating dealers.
•Liquidus is partnered with a data aggregator who has direct relationships with the dealer’s third party data providers; which allows us access to 98% of the auto data in the country.
Our technology allows us to import dealer inventory in much that same way that their data is syndicated to places like Cars.com or AutoTrader. Technically, we are pulling the data directly from the dealer…through their third party provider (like Dealer.com, eCarList or Dealer Specialties).
•To get started, simply provide a list of all participating dealers with their address and phone number (typically an excel spreadsheet). Liquidus will confirm access to dealer data on your behalf.
•In the event that we do not have access to a dealer’s data, we will request that the agency provide the name of the dealer’s third party data provider. Liquidus will contact the provider and secure data.
•All data is refreshed on a daily basis so that when there is a change at the dealership, that change is reflected in the banner ad within 24-hours. Data can be filtered by New/Pre-Owned inventory, as well as by specific Make or Model.
