Terms & Conditions

WARRANTY : All products sold by ASKSB are warranty covers for a period ofTwelve (12) months upon completion excluding of mishandling &lightning strike. A minimum Labour & Transportation charges costs

Will be incurred of part replacement during warranty.

PAYMENT : On confirmation of order a Thirty percent (30%) down payment TERMS must be paid of the total price quoted. Balance shall be upon

completion of system handover.

VALIDITY : This quotation is valid for thirty (30) days effective of date hereof.

DELIVERY : One week upon receipt of confirmation of order or other thancustomer specific instruction.

WORK SCOPE : The quotation for this system applies only for normal working houror otherwise stated in the quotation. The normal Monday to Friday9.00 a.m. 5.00 p.m. and Saturday 9.00 a.m. 1.00 p.m. only.Excluding Public Holidays. If weeks to be carried out other thanthe above normal working hours a variation order will apply.

GENERAL : Customer to provide the power supply unit of 230V AC where

required for the system to operate.

NOTE : Plastering & painting work by others.
