Banagas Diligent Workers Recognized in International Labour Dayتكريم موظفين من بناغاز في احتفال يوم العمال العالمي

حتت رعاية �سامية من لدن ح�سرة �ساحب اجلاللة امللك حمد بن عي�سى اآل خليفة عاهل البالد املفدى حفظه اهلل ورعاه، اأقام االحتاد العام لنقابات

عمال البحرين احتفاله ال�سنوي مبنا�سبة يوم العمال العاملي.

وبهذه املنا�سبة قام �سعادة ال�سيد جميل بن حممد علي حميدان وزير العمل والتنمية االجتماعية بتكرمي العمال املجدين واملتفوقني يف القطاع االأهلي، حيث

�سمل التكرمي 17 موظفًا من ال�سركة وذلك بح�سور املهند�س حممد يا�سني احلو�سني املدير العام لل�سئون االإدارية واملالية ممثاًل عن االإدارة التنفيذية لل�سركة

وال�سيد جمال حممد البوعينني مراقب املوارد الب�سرية للتخطيط والتطوير ورئي�س واأع�ساء جمل�س اإدارة نقابة بناغاز.

وقد �سمل التكرمي كل من حممد خليفة حماده و اإيهاب عبدالقادر فتح اهلل من دائرة املالية وتقنية املعلومات، حمد اأحمد ح�سن، اإ�سماعيل عا�سور حممود،

حممد عبدالعزيز يو�سف و جني�س راجندران من دائرة الهند�سة واخلدمات الفنية، يو�سف اأيوب عبداهلل، يو�سف حممد املهيزع و حممود اأحمد عبداهلل

من دائرة ال�سيانة، يو�سف اأحمد الزياين، عبدالر�سول اأحمد احلجريي و علي عي�سى خليفة من دائرة العمليات، نا�سر يحيى بور�سيد من دائرة املواد

واملبيعات، ال�سيخ عبداهلل بن خالد اآل خليفة من دائرة اإدارة اجلودة واملطابقة وجميل اأحمد مرهون من دائرة امل�ساريع، اروين بوريللو ومنرية فوؤاد املال

من دائرة ال�سئون االإدارية.

Under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, the General Federation of Bahrain Trade Union workers organized the annual awards ceremony to honor diligent workers in the public and private sectors on the occasion of International Labour Day 2018.

Seventeen Banagas employees were honored as diligent workers and received awards from H.E. Mr. Jameel Bin Mohammed Humaidan, Minister of Labour and Social Development. Mr. Mohammed Yaseen Al Hosani attended the Ceremony on behalf of the Company’s Executive Management accompanied by Mr. Jamal Mohammed Al Buainain, Superintendent Human Resources Planning and Development, and head & members of the Company’s Trade Union.

The employees who received the awards are Mohamed Khalifa Hamada and Ehab Abdulqader Fathalla from Finance and IT Department, Hamad Ahmed Hasan, Ismaeel Ashoor Mahmood, Mohamed Abdulaziz Yousif and Junesh Rajendran from Engineering and Technical Services Department, Yusuf Ayoob Abdulla, Yousif Mohamed Almuhaizea and Mahmood Ahmed Abdulla from Maintenance Department, Yousif Ahmed Alzayani, Abdulrasool Ahmed Alhujairi and Ali Isa Khalifa from Operations Department, Nasser Yahya Burshaid from Materials & Sales Department, Sh. Abdulla Bin Khalid Al-Khalifa from Quality Management and Compliance Department, Jameel Ahmed Marhoon from Project Department, Erwin Borillo and Muneera Fuad Almal from Administration Department.

إنجاز البحرين تقيم حفلها السنوي العاشر لبرنامج رواد األعمال الصغار وتكرم موظفي بناغازInjaz Bahrain 10th Annual Young Entrepreneur Program

اإجناز ملوؤ�س�سة التنفيذي الرئي�س اآل خليفة، بنت خليفة ال�سيخة ح�سة �سمو رعاية كرمية من حتت

البحرين، اأقامت املوؤ�س�سة حفلها ال�سنوي العا�سر لربنامج رواد االأعمال ال�سغار، الذي ت�سمن م�سابقة

برنامج "ال�سركة الطالبية"، والتي تناف�س فيها 21 فريقًا من 15 مدر�سة ثانوية و6 جامعات يف اململكة

لتقدمي ما لديهم من اأفكار واإجنازات جتارية رائدة وذلك يف يوم االثنني املوافق 30 اإبريل 2018.

خالل احلفل وتقديرًا للجهود والدعم الكبري الذي تلقته "اإجناز البحرين" من اجلهات املختلفة، مت

تكرمي �سركة بناغاز �سمن ال�سركات الراعية والداعمة للربنامج وح�سولها على املركز الثاين جلائزة

اخلدمة التطوعية ملوؤ�س�سة اإجناز البحرين وذلك مل�ساهمتها باأكرث من 342 �ساعة تطوعية ومب�ساركة

58 متطوع ومتطوعة من املوظفني. كما مت اأي�سًا تكرمي ال�سيد حامد اجلابري القائم باأعمال رئي�س

تطوير املوارد الب�سرية عن فئة املن�سقني املميزين وتكرمي ال�سيخ عبداهلل بن خالد اآل خليفة وال�سيدة

فريال عبداهلل مراد عن فئة املتطوعني املميزين. وقد �سمل احل�سور املتطوعني الذين دعموا موؤ�س�سة

واملوظفني االإدارة جمل�س واأع�ساء 2018/2017 العام خالل براجمها تقدمي يف البحرين اإجناز

وممثلي وزارة الرتبية والتعليم.

خالل العام االأكادميي املا�سي ا�ستطاعت اإجناز البحرين الو�سول اإىل 30،000 طالب وطالبة واأكرث

من 200 مدر�سة و8 جامعات. ومل يكن من املمكن حتقيق كل ذلك لوال اجلهود املخل�سة التي بذلها

املتطوعني يف اإعداد الطلبة ملوا�سلة م�سريتهم العملية وبناء املجتمع والدور املهم الذي لعبته وزارة

الرتبية والتعليم يف ت�سهيل التو�سع امل�ستمر يف برامج اإجناز البحرين ون�سرها يف جميع املدار�س واأي�سًا

تعاون ال�سركات واملوؤ�س�سات الداعمة. ومت يف هذا احلفل تكرمي املجهود الكبري الذي قدمه 1،300

متطوعًا، من بينهم موظفي ال�سركة، وقد مت منح هوؤالء �سهادات تقديرية.

Under the patronage of H.H. Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Injaz Bahrain, the Foundation has set up its 10th annual Young Entrepreneur Program, in which 21 teams from 15 secondary schools and 6 universities in the Kingdom compete to offer their ideas and business achievements.During the ceremony, Injaz Bahrain awarded the Company for being one of the sponsors to its programs among many other sponsoring bodies. The Company was also granted 2nd place of Injaz Bahrain Volunteer Service Award for acquiring more than 342 volunteer hours delivered by 58 volunteers from Company employees. Injaz Bahrain honoured Mr. Hamed Al Jaberi, Acting Head of Human Resource Development, as an outstanding coordinator, and Sh. Abdulla bin Khalid Al Khalifa and Mrs. Feryal Abdulla Murad for the distinguished volunteer award. Attendance included volunteers who supported Injaz Bahrain programs during the 2017 / 2018 academic year, including Board members, employees and representatives of the Ministry of Education.During the past academic year Injaz Bahrain was able to reach 30,000 students and more than 200 schools and 8 universities. None of this would have been possible to achieve without the dedicated efforts of the volunteers in preparing students to continue their academic process and building the society, in addition to the important role played by the Ministry of Education to facilitate the continued expansion to Injaz Bahrain programs to be published in all schools. The ceremony was a tribute to great efforts of 1,300 volunteers including the Company’s employees who were awarded certificate of appreciation.

Mrs. Feryal Abdulla Murad received the Distinguished Volunteer Award

Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa, the Chief Executive of the Company, received in the presence of the Executive Management, the Head and Members of the new Trade Union, following the new union elections held last April.At the beginning of the meeting, and on behalf of the Executive Management, the Chief Executive offered his sincere congratulations to the new members for winning this election. He also thanked the unqualified candidates and all employees for their active participation, which resulted in the success of the elections process. During the meeting, the cooperation and work mechanism between the Management and the Trade Union were discussed, in addition to the work process on all of that would raise the company's prosperity.The Head of Trade Union, Mr. Mahran Mahdi, expressed on behalf of all Trade Union members, his thanks and appreciation to Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, for calling this meeting and for the continues cooperation and support received from the Board of Directors and Management.

Under the patranage of Dr.Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa, Chief Excutive, the Company in coordination with the Trade Union, organized a reception for all employees to exchange greetings on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr at the Head Office. This event was attended by the Executive Management, Trade Union members and a large number of Company employees. The reception held many of the known traditional Bahraini cuisine, in which some are made by the Company employees.

Under the patronage of Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Executive, and in the presence of Management members, Mr. Hassan Abdulla Alhalwachi the Secretary General of the General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions, Head & members of Banagas Trade Union, in addition to a large number of employees. The Company organized a lunch to celebrate the occasion of International Labor Day 2018.

At the outset of the ceremony, Eng. Mohamed Ahmed Burashid, General Manager Projects and Acting Chief Executive, offered his sincere best wishes to all Bahrain workers and Company employees on this happy occasion in which all workers around the world celebrate their productivity and efficiency. He praised the efforts made by the workforce for the prosperity of the Company and our beloved Kingdom.

A follow up speech was given by the Head of the Company Trade Union, Mahran Mahdi, who offered his congratulations to the workers of Bahrain on the occasion of Labor Day, whishing all employees every success. He also gave his thanks and appreciation to the Company for organizing this event and added that the celebration today with all employees across the world embodies the spirit necessary to achieve greater labor gains.

Winners of Banagas Employee`s Children`s SHE Drawing Competition 2018

Under the patronage of Mr. Khalid Ahmed A.Karim, General Manager Production, and in the presence of Khalid Ebrahim Al- Thawadi, Manager Maintenance, Dr. Ahmed Ali Al Kaabi, Manager Administration ,Trade Union members and large number of employees, Banagas held its annual Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Drawing Competition for employee`s children. The event consisted of several programs including the celebration of gergaoon night and distribution of gifts to all employee’s children. At the end of the ceremony, the best drawings were selected and the winners of each category were presented with prizes.

بناغاز تقيم غبقتها الرمضانية للموظفينBanagas Ramadan Ghabgha

Under the patronage of Dr.Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Executive, the Company organized a special Ramadan Ghabga night for its employees, which was attended by the Executive Management, Banagas Trade Union members and large number of employees. The evening was well organized and everyone took part in various games, cultural competitions, raffle draws and many prizes. These types of activities aims to encourage team-building activities in the spirit of Ramadan allowing the employees to spend quality time with each other.

The employees expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Company and Trade Union for organizing a successful event enabling the employees to gather in a social and family-like environment.

The Company organized a Bowling day for its employees on Friday April 27, 2018. The activity witnessed a very enthusiastic competition among the company's employees.At the end of the event, Dr. Ahmed Al Kaabi, Manager Administration, Mr. Khalid Al Ruffai, Manager of Materials and Sales and Mr. Mahran Mahdi, Chairman of the Company Trade Union, distributed the prizes to the winners in the presence of a large number of employees.The employees expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Management for organizing this entertainment event and wished such activities and events continues. This annual event is part of the leisure activities in the Company's social agenda.

2018. وقد �سهد هذا الن�ساط الرتفيهي مناف�سة حما�سية كبرية بني اأبريل 27 نظمت ال�سركة يومًا للبولينغ ملوظفيها وذلك يوم اجلمعة املوافق

امل�ساركني من موظفي ال�سركة.

ويف ختام الفعالية قام الدكتور اأحمد الكعبي مدير ال�سئون االإدارية وال�سيد خالد الرفاعي مدير املواد واملبيعات وال�سيد مهران مهدي رئي�س النقابة

العمالية بتوزيع اجلوائز على الفائزين و�سط ح�سور عدد كبري من املوظفني.

وقد عرب املوظفون عن �سكرهم وتقديرهم الإدارة ال�سركة على تنظيم هذا اليوم الرتفيهي متمنني اال�ستمرار يف اإقامة مثل هذه االأن�سطة. واجلدير

بالذكر باأن هذه الفعالية ال�سنوية تاأتي كجزء من االأن�سطة الرتفيهية املعمول بها يف اأجندة االأن�سطة االجتماعية والرتفيهية يف ال�سركة.

طلبة مركز ناصر للتأهيل والتدريب المهني ينهون تدريبهم في بناغازStudents from NVTC Finish Their Training in Banagas

اأنهت جمموعة مكونه من 8 طالب من منت�سبي معهد نا�سر للتاأهيل والتدريب

املهني تدريبهم يف ال�سركة خالل الفرتة من 8 اإبريل اىل 17 مايو 2018،

ال�سيانة. دائرة العمل يف التعرف على طبيعة حيث متكنوا من خالله

اإتاحة على لل�سركة وتقديرهم �سكرهم الطلبة عن خال�س اأعرب وقد

قبل من التعاون ح�سن وعلى الدرا�سي متطلبهم الإمتام الفر�سة تلك

جميع موظفي ال�سركة.

وياأتي تنفيذ هذا الربنامج يف ظل التعاون الوثيق بني �سركة غاز البحرين

الوطنية ومعهد نا�سر للتاأهيل والتدريب املهني وكجزء من التزام ال�سركة

مب�سئوليتها جتاه خدمة املجتمع.

A group of 8 students from Nasser Vocational Training Center (NVTC) completed their training at the Company, during the period from 8th April to 17th May 2018, where they were able to learn the nature of work in the maintenance department, in all it’s Sections. The students expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to the company for providing this opportunity to complete their study requirements and for cooperation shown by all Company employees.The implementation of this program is carried out in close cooperation between Bahrain National Gas Company and the NVTC as a part of the company's commitment to its social responsibility.

�سمن براجمه لعام 2018، بداأ نادي بناغاز للتو�ستما�سرتز بتنظيم اجتماعاته ال�سهرية من خالل عقد ثمانية اجتماعات يف الفرتة ما بني �سهر يناير اإىل �سهر يونيو. تهدف هذه

االجتماعات اىل ت�سجيع املوظفني املنت�سبني للنادي على اإظهار قدراتهم يف مهارات اخلطابة، ومهارات القيادة، وامل�ساركة االجتماعية مع االآخرين.

االجتماعية، والعمل اجلماعي، والقيادة، ومهارات العر�س.

وتعد مهارة اإدارة الوقت واحدة من اأكرث املهارات اأهمية، من خالل اإعطاء املتحدثني وقت زمني حمدد الإلقاء واإمتام خطاباتهم مما ي�ساعدهم على تعلم قيمة الوقت وكيفية

اإدارته بحكمة. وهذا ينعك�س اأي�سًا على قدرتهم يف كتابة املوا�سيع على اأن ت�سبح موجزة و�ساملة للمتلقي.

اأما بع�س امل�ساركون فيتم اإعطائهم دور املقَيم ويتم تدريبهم على مهارات وكيفية التقييم ال�سامل والبناء، والبحث عن جماالت التح�سني مع ت�سليط ال�سوء على نقاط القوة.

وتتطلب هذه املهارات التحليلية من املقَيم االنتباه اإىل حمتوى ور�سالة املو�سوع املقدم مع كافة اجلوانب االأخرى.

كما توجد هناك اأدوار اأخرى يتم اإعطائها لالأع�ساء مثل " امل�سحح اللغوي" وهي تدرب امل�سرتكني بالرتكيز على التفا�سيل، مثل ا�ستخدام قواعد اللغة ال�سحيحة عند احلديث اأو

الكتابة، وجتنب الوقوف بني اجلمل مما ينتج عن ت�ستيت انتباه املتلقي للمو�سوع. هذه املهارات ت�ساعد املتحدث الكت�ساب املزيد من الثقة وتنمي مهارات االت�سال الالزمة، والتي

ت�ستخدم يف االجتماعات والعرو�س، وحتى التفاعالت االجتماعية اليومية مع االآخرين.

ويقدم نادي بناغاز للتو�ستما�سرتز الدعوة للموظفني الراغبني اأو ممن يحتاجون اإىل �سقل املهارات االجتماعية لديهم اأو الذين يتطلعون اإىل التفوق يف هذا املجال، على االن�سمام

للنادي، حيث ي�سعى النادي على حت�سني القدرات اخلطابية يف احلياة وكذلك يف البيئة املهنية. وي�سم النادي حاليًا 17 ع�سوًا من خمتلف دوائر ال�سركة.

As part of its 2018 program, Banagas Toastmaster Club began organizing its monthly meetings by holding eight meetings between January and June. The aim of these meetings is to encourage club members to demonstrate their abilities in public speaking, leadership skills and social participation.Most of the skills acquired or refined in this club are essential skills in the work environment and have a positive impact on the members in terms of commitment, social participation, teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills.One of the most valuable skills is Time Management; where speakers given a specified time to complete their speeches, which helps them learn the value of time and how to manage their time wisely. This also reflects on their ability to become concise and precise, ensuring that the information given to the audience is to the point. Participants, who take the role of Evaluator, are educated in appropriate evaluation techniques, such as how to provide constructive criticism, look for areas of improvement while highlighting strengths. These require analytical skills, and the evaluator needs to pay attention to the message the speaker is delivering, the moral value linked with it among other aspects. Other roles such as “grammarian” and “ah-counter” teach participants to pay attention to details such as using proper grammar when speaking / writing, avoiding using gap fillers that distract the listener and helping the speaker gain more confidence. These are necessary communication skills, which are needed in meetings, presentations, and even daily social interactions with others. Banagas Toastmaster Club invites employees who wish to refine their social skills or excel in this area to join the club, as the club seeks to improve speech abilities in life, as well as in the professional environment. The club currently consist of 17 members from various departments.
