Activity Highlights.Equipment department's main task is to setup, ensure the stable operation of the device on the line and coordinate with the relevant departments to solve problems related to the quality of the line. Therefore, the outstanding performance of the Equipment to ensure stable operation of the production line, it is the duty of the Equipment LineEquipment line is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the operation of the equipment on the line. When a certain device setup, the operator will be training in the Equipment line of the structure, operation and repair the incident. Assembly process to create a complete phone on the Main line is done through 10 main stages:Assemble -> Auto -> radition -> Funtion -> IMEI -> Appearance -> Kitting -> PN matching -> Unit box -> Master box

2. Organizational Chart of PQCMain parts PQC 1 ‘s task is to ensure quality in the manufacturing process, the relevant sections to solve all the problems related to the quality of the line.PQC is responsible for the following:_Check out before and during the production of raw materials, equipment, software_ Check NG products, discovered the cause and offer solutions._Combine with R & D in the new production model tests and the mass production of the new model._Feedback to the relevant parts of the problem (incident information, for policy making and the implementation of policies, ...)

1. PQC modelAs the most important parts of the PQC 1 P, quality control in line, checking the entire production process and resolve issues arising on the line.In PQC model include:PQC follow line: a key factor in quality management outside the line, including 12 management technician, a technician will keep quality control in 5 line, the line leader will control people, products in line.PQC line repair: removal and grading, certified parts and components set the fault of the phone (front, rear, PBA)Rework PQC: Receive, inspect, repair the defective products caused by PQC, OQC discovered or customer feedback.

2. PQC Office

In PQC office include:_KPI: main function is to aggregate data, reports and support for life issues, the work of employees (wages, policies, indicators, ...) _IMEI: print all IMEI and transfer them to the line.

_New Model: specializes in producing a new model test samples before mass production on line.

3. Repair roomRepair room is a department which analyze and fix errors related to the PBA circuit.The repair room includes:_Defect part: specialize in analyze NG samples.

_Function: Fix the NG PBA

_Inout: receiving and returning errors.

4. IBI

As a professional inspection department and bonded configuration, the image of the

phone.

In the IBI include:

_IBI: Visible inspection in line, detects problems scratches, the front slit, rear, ...

_Spec: standard test images of the device, detect errors discovered during

production as packaged wrong, wrong hardware, software, ...

5. Audit

As a professional inspection department issues related to standards such as the crazy

static standards, 5S3R, ...

In the Audit include:

_Kitting: check, ensure the unit packed full box accessories

_Audit: Checking the standard issue work.

III. Activity Highlights.PQC is the duty parts to ensure quality in the manufacturing process, and the

relevant departments to solve all the problems related to the quality of the line.

So, when an error was detected outside the Main line, PQC is responsible for

error classification and validation of telephone set (front, rear, PBA, ...). This is

the PQC active line repair.

Production planInclude production planning and production planning out details:_Out production plans are licensed to Line Leader, Subleader including production plans of the previous day, the current date and the next 2 days of all the line._Production planning details are recorded in the computer included details of quality and time to produce one model for one PO.

II. These stages of production on the line.

1. The assembly: _The assembly is the assembly of semi-finished products to form a complete telephone set.
