Welcome to Artful Evening! We hope you have a wonderful evening and enjoy mingling with others who share a commitment to the arts in our community. We know you will be inspired by the amazing talents of our donating artists and we hope it will motivate you to raise your paddle tonight.
BAM is unique not only for its focus on art, craft, and design, but also for evolving out of a community-driven arts and craft fair. The first ARTSfair was held in 1947 and eventually led to the founding of the Museum in 1975. BAM will celebrate ARTSfairs 70th anniversary the last week of July, the 29th31st. Come celebrate the role this remarkable event plays in our community and be sure to stop by the museum and hear the enthusiasm of KIDSfair, where the Museum engages children with various art activities over three days.
Today BAM features world-class exhibitions, unparalleled educational programming all of which enables BAM to bring the best of art, craft, and design to our local residents of the Pacific Northwest as well as visitors from around the world.
Our ability to fulfill our mission depends on each of you. Each dollar you spend or donate tonight sends a message that you value art in the heart of your community.
You are 100% in for BAM. So raise your glass, raise your paddle, and let the party begin!
Thank you for joining us in celebrating the lively community we craft together.
