Community Emergency Corps & Toys for TotsBALLSTON SPA - During this upcoming holiday season Com-munity Emergency Corps of Ballston Spa will again be an of-fi cial drop off point for donations for the Toys for Tots program sponsored by the United States Marine Corps. This campaign has reached out and assisted needy and deserving children all around the capital region for over 45 years. Without this won-derful program, children in our communities would not have the opportunity to celebrate the holidays the way they deserve. With these trying times and the recession still looming over this holiday season, we are in an even bigger need of support from our Capital Region community. We have already started to re-ceive donations and will be accepting toys at our station at 78 Thompson St., Ballston Spa, NY until December 15th. You can drop them off anytime, days or evenings. If we are not at the building due to answering emergency calls, we hope you will return at another time with your contribution. As a reminder, toys collected in this area are redistributed right back into this area to those in need. For further information or if you have any questions, feel free to contact Ray Otten, Executive Director of CEC, at 885-1478.

Winterizing Your PipesBy Sam Erickson
Not everyone has to worry about pipes freezing in the winter, but much of America does. If the temperature in your area rou-tinely drops to 20 degrees or below, it will be worth your time and energy to prepare and maintain your home to prevent your pipes from bursting. Pipes burst when an ice blockage forms and the pressure builds up behind it. While you won’t have ice shooting into your home, you’ll have all of the water that has built up behind it—in the basement, in the crawlspace or through the walls of your house.
Proper insulation is the fi rst step to preventative maintenance. The unheated areas of your house are the most important to insulate. Attics, basements and crawlspaces are the general cul-prits. Polyethylene or fi berglass tubes are available to keep the cold out of pipes. You’ll want to measure the diameter of the pipes and purchase the correct size. This will ensure you have to make only one trip to your home supply store.
Pipe insulation is carried in most big box stores and in all hard-ware and home supply stores. It can be cheaper in the spring months—prices tend to go up as the temperatures drop and de-mand goes up. You will want to be particularly aware of any pipes that have been stressed by previous freezing or have re-cently been installed.
If you experience signifi cant periods of severe winter weather, you might consider wrapping pipes in heat tape before insulat-ing them. The instructions for installation are very specifi c, and it is essential to follow them. If you don’t, the heat tape can lead to fi res. Heat tape also has to be checked regularly to ensure it is still functioning effectively.
Once you’ve taken all of the prerequisite steps, you’ll still have some maintenance to do to ensure you don’t wake up in a pud-dle. When the temperature is expected to drop, turn on your faucets, particularly those that fl ow along outside walls and are the most exposed to the cold. This will reduce the pressure and can prevent an explosion in the pipes, even if an ice dam does form. Opening cabinets that contain pipes will let the warm air from the rest of your house fl ow onto the pipes, keeping them warmer.
You can take one more step and check the basement and garage for any leaks. Look particularly for places where cold air could be directly applied to pipes from cracked windows, gaps or ar-
eas where the insulation has worn away. Applying your general insulation strategies will save money on your energy bill, and it can also keep your pipes warmer and delay or prevent a freeze.
Preventative maintenance is never an attractive fi x. It’s neither
a new skylight nor a fresh coat of paint, and it won’t be in-
stantly noticeable. Pipe insulation and maintenance, however,
will add to the value of your home in the long run by preventing
costly damage and a nasty surprise in the middle of the night.

Emphasize Safety When Decorating For The Holidays Decking the halls for the holidays is a beloved tradition for many families. A home’s exterior festooned with lights help create a festive holiday mood, while stockings hung by the chimney and a Christmas tree in the living room bring that holiday cheer inside.
Though the holiday season is a festive time of year, it can quickly turn tragic if revelers do not emphasize safety when decorating their homes. When decorating this holiday season, be sure to employ the following precautions so your holiday season is festive, decorative and safe.
* Exercise extreme caution with holiday lights. According to the Electrical Safety Foundation In-ternational, 150 home fires per year begin with holiday lights and other decorative lighting. Such fires may start because of frayed or bare wires, broken or cracked sockets or even loose connec-tions. It’s important that men and women be especially careful when decorating their homes with holiday lights, inspecting each set of lights for damage and discarding any damaged sets. When choosing lights, use only lights that have been certified for outdoor use on your home’s exterior, and never use outdoor lights inside.
* Purchase the right Christmas tree. The Consumer Product Safety Commission notes that Christmas trees are involved in hundreds of fires causing an average of 15 deaths each year.
In addition, such fires cause an average of $13 million in property damage annually. Though it can be tempt-ing to purchase the most eye-catching Christmas tree you find, avoid acting rashly until you have learned a little about the tree. Artificial trees should be labeled as “Fire Resistant.” Such trees can still catch fire, but they are more resistant to fire than trees without such labels. When buying a live tree, make sure the tree is fresh. The tree should be green, and its needles should be dif-ficult to pull off of branches, which should not be easily breakable. Tap the tree on the ground before purchasing it. If the tree loses a lot of needles upon tapping the ground, it isn’t fresh. Trees that aren’t fresh are more susceptible to going up in flames.
* Keep the tree away from heat sources. Though it might seem more idyllic to place your Christmas tree next to the fireplace, it’s a lot more dangerous as well. When choosing a spot for your tree, find a place that is away from heat sources like fireplaces, radiators and vents. But homeowners also should know that even trees placed away from heat sources can still dry out, creating a fire hazard even if the tree was fresh and healthy when purchased. That’s because Christmas trees can quickly dry out in heated rooms. Monitor the
tree’s water levels every day, checking those levels in both the morning and at night before going to bed. This prevents the tree from drying out and becoming a fire hazard, and it also helps the
tree maintain its aesthetic appeal through the holiday season.
* Limit use of candles. Like Christmas trees, candles are a popular yet potentially hazardous decorative item during the holiday season. When decorating with candles, be sure that all candles are extinguished before leaving a room and never leave them burning when you go to bed. Candles should be kept away from any decorative items, including Christmas trees, that can catch fire. Never place candles near curtains, furniture or pres-ents. Holiday enthusiasts with little children or pets at home might want to decorate with fake LED-light candles instead of traditional candles. Curious kids or excitable pets may not recognize the potential dangers of lit candles and, as a result, might burn themselves or tips candles over.
The holiday season is upon us, and that means scores of cel-ebrants will be decking their halls. Though festive decorations are a part of the season, safety should always come first.
Christmas trees should never be placed in close proximity to heat sources such as fireplaces, vents and radiators.

The Fall Home Care ChecklistBy Sam Erickson
Maybe it’s going back to school, maybe it’s the shorter days or maybe it’s the blind-ing lights signaling the holi-day season ahead, but fall home improvement projects often get tossed aside or ne-glected in favor of more ex-citing, interesting or pressing activities. This short checklist will help guide you to the most important elements to monitor and maintain in your home, keeping you and your family safe and maximizing the life of your home.
When the time changes, it’s time to check the batteries in your smoke detectors. Making sure they are still operational is quick and easy and will bring peace of mind for another six months. Similarly, every year, you should check your fire extinguishers to ensure that they have the proper pressure. Look for dents and dings, and make sure the pin is in the correct position. Fall is a great time to do this, as you’ll be spending more time indoors. If the pressure has fallen too low, find a professional to recharge them for you.
Most people don’t use their chimney in the summer, and soot can build up over the course of a year. Other debris like birds’ nests or even leaves can create unsafe blockages. Have your chim-ney inspected by a professional if you plan to use it through the winter.
Small animals will be looking for a warm place to sleep, and your home is a great option for them. Perform routine pest control in your area, watching out for places where animals might get into your home.
Most importantly, you’ll want to have your furnace and heating system checked by a profes-sional. This can save you big money on your heating bill, and an inspection can ensure that there isn’t a dangerous buildup of carbon monoxide in your home. Furnace and air filters should be changed regularly to maximize safety and efficiency. If you are planning on using space heaters, humidifiers or de-humidifiers, they are a great addition to your checklist. Clean them off and inspect the heating and electrical elements for safety, particularly if they have been out of sight in storage for the warmer months.
Finally, check the caulking around your home. Caulk is a cheap compound that anyone can ap-ply, and it will reduce the amount of energy loss from your home and prevent water damage to flooring, walls and windows in the kitchen and bathroom.
This is a big list—and it’s certainly not comprehensive—but all of these things can be accom-plished in one weekend day. Spending minimal time improving and protecting your home for the winter season will provide great returns.
Did You Know?Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that forms from the natural decay of uranium found in many soils. Colorless and odorless, radon can significantly increase a person’s risk of lung cancer. Smokers who live in homes with high radon levels are especially susceptible to lung cancer. Radon can enter a home by moving up through the soil beneath a home and finding its way through cracks and holes in the foundation. Many people may feel homes with basements are especially susceptible to radon, but radon can enter a home whether the home has a basement or not. Granite countertops may emit radon, but not always at levels that cause cancer. Counter-tops can be tested for radon emissions, and such testing is inexpensive and quick.

Electrical Safety Tips For Holiday Decorating(MS) -- Everyone has at least one -- the house on the street that lights up in splendor around the holiday season. Decorations are in abundance both indoors and out, and just seeing the house brings on a smile. But as beautiful as it might be, that home may also be a safety risk if the deco-rator hasn’t followed precautions like these offered by CSA Group:
Creativity is key but not at the cost of safety -- Let your inner designer shine, but be sure to fol-low the manufacturer’s instructions when arranging electrical items, such as lights and electronic decorations. Be sure to turn off the electricity to the supply outlet before working with outdoor
wiring, and never run an electrical cord through a doorway or under a carpet indoors.
Fakes are no laughing matter -- Your next door neighbor dressed up as Santa is funny. Counterfeit decorations are not so funny. Look for the mark from an accredited certification organization, such as CSA Group, on animated displays, light strings and extension cords. Ensure decorations
are marked and certified for outdoor use and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Keep the mood light but not fiery -- Choose flame-re-sistant decorations and don’t place open flames or can-dles near flammable materials, such as wreathes, trees or paper decorations. Never nail or tack lighting strings to a wall, as this may damage insulation and create a shock or fire hazard. Use insulated fasteners rather than metal nails or tacks that could damage wiring to hold light strings in place.
Cozy up -- Keep warm by the fireplace but be sure your gas appliances are in good working order. If the pilot light or flame goes out, turn the gas off and wait five minutes or longer (see the manufacturer’s instructions) before attempting to relight. Be alert for unusual odors or flames when your gas fireplace is on, often indicat-ing that the fireplace is not operating properly. In such cases, contact your dealer or licensed technician for servicing.
Overload on food, not watts -- Don’t overload extension cords. Use heavy duty extension cords for high wattage decorations and large electronically-animated displays.
For extreme decorators, make sure your house is capable of handling the electrical load of multi-ple lights and decor. If in doubt, contact a licensed professional to inspect your electrical system.

Get Out The Blanket For Your HouseBy Sam Erickson
With colder temperatures coming, you might be think-ing about making some addi-tions that will help your home and your pocketbook get through the winter unscathed. Many people automatically think of drafty places in the home like doorsills or older windows. It’s a great idea to pay attention to these, but in-sulation actually has a much greater effect. Rather than a quick draft, poor insulation is like a slow sieve, leaking en-ergy at every surface of your home. Fall is the perfect time to install more insulation in your home.
The fi rst step is to fi nd out how much insulation you actually have. Crawl up in to your at-tic and look at the depth of the insulation there. That can of-fer you a clue about the qual-ity of the rest of the insulation in your home. There are also numerous organizations that will come out and do a home energy audit for you. Hav-ing an energy audit is a good idea for a number of reasons, including the fact that it will reveal the quality of insula-tion in hard-to-check places like inside your walls.
These days, you’ve got sev-eral options for home insula-tion. Most people think of giant rolls of pink, and these rolls or batts are still readily available. Made of fi berglass or rock wool, they are easy to install and relatively cheap. They are also cut to standard widths to fi t between wall studs or fl oor joists in the ceiling. You might also look into professional installation of loose-fi ll, rigid foam or foam-in-place insulation. Loose-fi ll insula-tion can be blown into place, making it useful for odd-shaped places like roofs or ducting where it can be diffi cult to install other kinds of insulation. Rigid foam can be applied to exterior walls and has a higher R-rating based on thickness.
Each type of insulation is given an R-rating, essentially a measure of how much resistance to heat fl ow the product has. As you do your research, you’ll quickly learn the R-values of different types of insulation. Remember that these are based on depth as well, and the resistance to heat will change based on how much material you put into your house.
Each region of the country has different recommendations for the amount of insulation you should have, so check with your contractor before proceeding to maximize your investment. Insulation is one of the most effective ways you can reduce your energy expenditures, offering a much faster return on your investment than other options. In addition to keeping your home warm in the winter, insulation can keep the heat out in the summer, doubling your investment. Once you’ve completed your renovation, you can cozy up for the winter under the new blanket for your house.

Home Improvement Projects Recouping More At ResaleIn its annual Cost vs. Value Report that compares the cost for 35 popular remodeling projects with the value those projects retain at resale, Remodeling magazine found that the overall average cost-value ratio has improved for the fi rst time in six years. Cost-recouped percentages increased for all 35 projects examined for the 2013 survey, a remarkable turnaround from
just a year earlier, when only three of the 35 projects saw an increase in cost-recouped percentage. Replacement projects proved especially benefi cial for homeowners, who likely also benefi tted from a real estate market that fi nally started to sta-bilize after an extended period of economic uncertainty that heavily infl uenced both buyers and sellers.
While an economy on the rebound no doubt benefi tted home-owners looking to recoup as much of their home improvement investment at resale as possible, other factors likely contributed as well. For example, homeowners surveyed for the 2013 re-port who added a backup power generator recouped more of their investment than in previous years. That’s likely because heavily publicized storms, such as Superstorm Sandy in late 2012, have forced homeowners and prospective homeowners to place a greater emphasis on being prepared for such storms.
Among the upscale projects surveyed, none recouped more of a homeowner’s investment than replacing existing siding with fi ber-cement siding. Homeowners who fi nanced such a project recouped 79.3 percent of the project’s cost, placing it just ahead of a garage door replacement, which recouped an average of 75.2 percent of its cost.
After years of many home improvement projects recouping little of their initial costs at resale, the tide fi nally seems to be turning for homeowners. More information about the 2013 Cost vs. Value Report is available at www.remodeling.hw.net.

Upcycling: Transforming the ‘Old’ into a Better ‘New’ (MS) -- Turn old or discarded furniture, cabinets and doors into fresh new creations through “upcycling” -- high-end “recycling” that reduces trash at landfills by refurbishing or repurposing existing pieces, often enhancing the value. Woodcraft offers the following ideas and products to get you started.
Upcycling Projects
* Family furniture: Save chairs, tables, and other furniture passed down through the generations by doing repairs, if needed, and staining/painting to suit your current decor.
* Other furniture or “yard sale finds”: These also can be stabilized and given a new look through stain/paint or distressing, but some may also lend themselves to transformation for other uses, such as turning a chest of drawers into bookshelves, a chair into a swing, a dresser into a seat, and more.
* Doors and more: Solid wood doors make great tops for tables and kitchen islands, old-fash-ioned screen doors hung from the ceiling can store pots and pans, and old windows make attrac-tive wall hangings used “as is” or with additions, such as photos.
* Cabinets: Change the look of your kitchen, bathroom or workshop with a new color for your cabinets and new handles and pulls.
Helpful Products
“Woodcraft offers many products -- including professional advice -- that can make upcycling projects easy and successful,” product manager Kent Harpool said. “A few products are listed here, but our retail store owners and salespeople, customer service staff and tech experts are available to help you select from Woodcraft’s extensive line of tools and supplies, as well as un-derstand how to use the products. We know wood and how to work with it, repair it and transform it. Visit a store near you, or give us a call -- let us help you.”
* Repair: Furniture that has been around awhile may need repair. For weak chair joints, drill a hole, inject Briwax ChaiRx, and wait for it to swell the joints for a strong bond. For other repairs, Titebond I, II or III and other glues will work.
* Transition: Changing the use and form of wood pieces will involve varied tasks.
For projects that involve disassembly of furniture or doors, followed by reassembly of some pieces into a new creation, the Kreg Jig® K4 Master System offers quick joinery -- strong pock-et-hole joints.
Stanley Chair Braces are designed for corner reinforcement on chairs, tables, chests, and more for quick, easy construction and repairs.
* Color: Once you have selected and/or repaired a piece of old furniture or created a new piece
from an existing one, determine where your upcycled piece will “live,” which color or colors will look best there, and which type of paint or finish will achieve the desired effect.
Use Restor-A-Finish® to “uncover” the original finish on an heirloom or other old piece of fur-niture. Available in six colors plus neutral, it revives the wood finish’s luster while blending out minor scratches and blemishes.
To change or refurbish the color, the three products listed below are easy to use. In addition, surface prep for furniture and cabinets requires only cleaning and light sanding.
For a beautiful hand rubbed wood finish look, choose General Finishes Gel Stain and Topcoats. Available in 12 shades, including the popular Java, these urethane stains and topcoats are easy to use: simply wipe on with a rag and wipe off the excess. To protect the gel stain, especially for heavy-use surfaces such as tabletops, General Finishes offers three options: Gel Satin Top Coat, PolyAcrylic Top Coat or High Performance Top Coat.
General Finishes Water Based Milk Paints and Glaze Effects offer a wide range of color possibil-ities. Use one of the 20 premixed acrylic Milk Paint colors, such as Tuscan red, or combine two colors (using a topcoat between applications). To create eye-catching decorative finishes such as distressing, antiquing, marble effects, shabby chic, and more, choose one of the six translucent glaze effects to go with any water-based stain or paint.
Old-Fashioned Milk Paint is a powder made from earth pigments, which is mixed with water to make 20 rich colors that authentically reflect colors found on existing antique furniture and buildings.
To uncover the original wood surface on furniture, SOY-GelTM Professional Paint Stripper is easy to use, virtually odorless and has no known health hazards.

Janice & Joanne! Little people in cat suits!
Janice and her kitten were found in an abandonded
building and were brought to HOPE so that they would
have a chance of finding real, loving homes. Janice is a sweet, petite girl who, at around 7 years old, quali-
fies for our senior to senior program. She is quite but
definitely enjoys being petted, talked to, and keeping you
company.
Joanne is a spunky, lively two-year old cat. She is one of the cats that rules the
roost. Joanne must know what is going on in her home at all times. She loves to snuggle and play with her owners. Joanne is good with other
cats and dogs as well.
For more information, please contact her foster mother, Karla, at redefinedesign@
excite.com
Janice tolerates being held and seems like a rather self-sufficient little girl! She is big into toys and loves to play. When Janice is
feeling stressed, she can swipe out with her paw or growl, which is why we feel a calm, adult-only home would be best for her.
For shrubs near the house, there’s the danger of ice and snow falling from the roof and crushing them. The best way to prevent this is to cover them with wooden A-frame shrub covers. Naturally they need to be sturdy, and it helps if they’re hinged so they can fold fl at for storage when spring arrives. Not only will wood shrub covers keep the plants from having their branches broken, but they’ll also provide some protection from winter wind. To help your wood shrub covers last, it’s a good idea to apply a wood preservative just as you would for a wooden deck.
Cold, Drying Wind
Remember that desiccation (dehydration) is the greatest threat to landscape plantings. The cold arctic wind that blows from the north and west is the worst culprit. The sun contributes to the drying effect, especially in late winter when the plants are still dormant and unable to take up moisture. Rhododendron, Holly, Laurel, and other broadleaf evergreens are in the worst danger of being damaged by desiccation. Though they are evergreens, they still enter a dormant stage as the ground freezes. This means that whatever moisture within them at the time they go dormant is all they have to make it through until spring. Any rain will keep evaporation to a minimum, but the dry, windy, frigid days of January and February will give these plants little respite.
Constructing burlap windbreaks is a good way to protect evergreens. I drive hardwood stakes about a foot into the ground and staple burlap to them, leaving the top open. The idea is to block as much wind as possible. If I covered the top, the shrub could be crushed if too much snow accumu-lates. Leaving the top open allows rain and snow to pass through, refreshing the shrub as much as possible. For recently planted (within the last 2-3 years) evergreen hedges (arborvitae, etc.), install a row of stakes on the west or north side and attach burlap to them. Remember, wind coming from the east or south is warmer and gentler. Construct your windbreak so it protects plants from the much harsher prevailing winds that blow from the north and west.
A less visually intrusive way to protect shrubs and trees is to apply anti-desiccant spray. These sprays coat the leaves and stems, helping prevent moisture loss over winter. The spray should be applied on a dry day when temperatures are above freezing. This will give the spray a chance to dry without freezing. If we get a January thaw, it’s a good idea to spray again for an added measure of protection. In spring, when the plant swells with new growth, the anti-desiccant coating cracks and falls away. Look for a product from Bonide called Wilt-Stop. You can also use these sprays on your Christmas tree or wreath to greatly reduce needle drop over the holidays.
Snow, ice and wind aren’t the only threats to our landscape plants in winter. There are also hungry animals out there looking for food, and unfortunately, many of our landscape plants are on their menu. So how do we keep mice and deer from making a meal of our plants? In the depths of winter, deer become desperate. They are normally shy about coming close to humans, but when they get hungry enough, they’ll overcome their fear and make a meal of our shrubs and trees by nibbling off all the fl ower buds. And both deer and mice will strip the bark off of young trees. There are sprays that are quite effective at keeping deer and mice at bay. Applying animal repel-lent sprays in fall and spring trains them to avoid the treated plants since there are smells and tastes they don’t like on them. Unfortunately these sprays are only effective for a couple of weeks, and it is impossible to reapply them during the frozen depths of winter. For absolute deer protection, you’ll need a physical barrier. To protect small fruit trees, wrap the trunk with a barrier so they can’t get at the bark. For small trees with straight trunks there is a vinyl wrap that is easy to ap-ply…just wrap it around the trunk and your tree will be safe from deer. Notice that the wrap has holes in it to allow the trunk to breathe. For trees with crooked trunks, you’ll need to use the original paper tree wrap. This product has been around so long that your great-grandfather might have used it. It’s also the right choice when you need to protect against mouse damage. Mice and voles will burrow under the snow, and when they fi nd the smooth trunk of a shrub or tree, they’ll nibble it away. Rabbits also fi nd the bark of young fruit and other trees attractive during the depths of winter. If the damage is severe enough, the tree will never leaf out again and die. Paper tree wrap allows you to wrap the trunk right down to the soil so the mice will never be tempted to take a bite. Once fruit trees get old enough and develop the rough bark of a mature tree, the mice and deer won’t bother them anymore.
Deer will also nibble the buds from many fl owering shrubs like lilacs, azaleas and forsythia which set fl ower buds in the summer. Those buds must survive winter to open in spring, but these nutrient-packed buds are just what the deer need in the depths of winter. Eating the buds will not kill the shrub, but you won’t get to enjoy the fl owers since there isn’t time for the shrub to grow new buds in spring. The only way to prevent this is by creating an enclosure of deer netting to keep them at bay. For a plant like the lilac (pictured above), I pounded three metal stakes into the ground and screwed a wooden stake to each. Then I stapled deer netting to the stakes forming a deer proof enclosure. If you have evergreens like arborvitae that deer love to eat, wrap the deer netting directly around the evergreen without using any stakes. Deer netting is made of plastic, and with a little care, it can be reused for many years. Thanks for the read.

Pete Bardunias, President/CEO, the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County
Attention Businesses: Your Chamber Has A (Health Insurance) Plan!
The news channels are full of scary stories about how the Affordable Care Act (a/k/a Obamacare) may or may not affect your business’ bottom line or your fam-ily’s health care coverage. The situation has been changing rapidly, and with the enrollment period now underway many people don’t know where to turn. Ex-changes allow a person to shop for coverage, but health insurance is complex and you need someone to cut through the misinformation, technological barriers and carrier lingo to make sure you understand what you have. If you are a small business owner you can rest assured that help is available by contacting the business organization(s) that serve your location. For example, the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County and Bouchey & Clarke Benefits, Inc. have partnered to offer a variety of programs for business owners and sole entrepreneurs, with face to face, personal service and friendly advice. The Bright Choices program pio-neered by the Chamber of Southern Saratoga has essentially been an exchange for almost four years. I inherited this innovative tradition upon taking over as Presi-dent/CEO in 2011, and we continue to help drive major changes with the carriers to provide better choice and plan selections for local businesses. The Chamber also has plans available for even the smallest of employers for ancillary benefit
products like Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance, and a free NY Rx Card to help reduce prescription costs. In a still-challenging economy, employers need to focus on their business, not on benefit packages, and the Cham-ber’s competent staff, including a licensed, Certified Ap-plication Counselor, offers peace of mind. We understand your needs and can help you communicate the relevant information to employees. Our open enrollment date is No-vember 12 from 8:30AM-1:00PM at the chamber office in Clifton Park. For more information, contact Sabrina Heil-mann at (518) 371-7748 or email [email protected] .
