Led by our experienced teacher Dominique Kantey in the open-aired, leaf-shaped yoga shala, flanked by rice fields and forest! 

Through her own experience, Dom has found working with the chakras/energy centres to be healing & transformational. She makes use of the relevant asana/yoga poses, breathwork/pranayama, meditation, colour, mantra & philosophy to create balance & flow in the body & mind.

Situated on holy grounds (which according to the locals possess healing powers) every aspect of the retreat is tailored to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself and offers a complete “detox” from our fast-paced lives. 

Limited to 10 people offering personal attention and space to revel and reflect in the abundance of beauty that Bali provides. 

The theme of our retreat is Akasha which is the Sanskrit word for “ether” and the root word, kas, can be described as “to be visible,” “sky,“ “atmosphere” or “open space.” 

Some of the elements include nourishing vegetarian meals, asana/yoga practice, pranayama/breathwork, meditation, Steam Sauna Ozone Therapy, personal Numerology Life Path development charts, philosophy and relaxation!

Nourishing vegetarian meals will include breakfast, lunch, Balinese high tea snacks and 2 course dinner, with fresh fruit, tea/coffee available throughout the day.

Ozone is an oxygen compound  produced in nature to clean the air by attaching to pollutants and oxidising them. Without ozone, the planet earth would not exist. Our cells need continuous supply of oxygen to generate energy and detoxify waste products. 

Steam Sauna Ozone Therapy will be administered by our experienced Ozone therapist, Carmen to increase our elimination and detoxification capacity whilst promoting increased blood circulation and oxygen supply to the bloodstream and tissues. Through sweating the body rids itself of toxins - the most natural attempt to cleanse.
