GUIDELINES FOR A PLEASANT STAY 1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. The Resort reserves the right to approve or reject any guest based on age or appearance of their RV or vehicle.
2. Registrationofficehoursare: SundaythroughThursday8:00am to8:00p m FridayandSaturday8:00am to9:00p m
3. Check-outtimeis11:00am . All sites must be vacated by 11:00am on the date of departure, or the guest will be charged for an additional day.
4. Only one RV and one vehicle is allowed per site. Two RVs or more than one vehicle is not allowed.
5. Nomorethanfive(twoadultsand3children)peopleare allowed to stay overnight per site.
6. No tent camping is allowed.
7. Guests are not permitted to wash vehicle or RV at site.
8. The Resort cannot be used as a primary personal residence; i.e. guests cannot use the Resort address as their mailing address and cannot have storage sheds on their site. Nothing contained herein will be deemed to create a landlord-tenant relationship betweentheResortandtheguest(s).
9. The Resort assumes no liability for guests’ use of any Resort property, including, but not limited to, its facilities or equipment.
10. The Resort is not responsible or liable for the operation ofavehicleorRVoranyconsequencesthatmayflowfor the operation by any person of a vehicle or RV.
11. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests or their property, including, but not limited to, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. 12. The maximum speed limit in the Resort is 5 m p h and applies to moving vehicles of any type or size. 13. OpenfiresarepermittedwithResortapprovalonly.Please checkwiththefrontdeskpriortostartinganyopenfire. Charcoal or gas grills are acceptable. Let coals extinguish themselves in the barbecue. Do not remove them. 14. The Resort reserves the right to remove any guest from the Resort whose behavior adversely affects the use, enjoyment, or safety of the other guests or of the Resort staff. 15. Quiethoursarefrom10:00p m to6:00am . 16. No Rollerblading, skateboarding or scooters allowed in the Resort. 17. Nofirearmsorfireworksofanykind. 18. Do not park extra vehicles in unoccupied campsites. Use designated parking areas.19. Amenities are for RV guests only. All visitors must check in at the front desk.

We are a PET FRIENDLY Resort Pets are welcome, but not in the pool or buildings, and please: • Keep them on a leash and keep them quiet.
• Cleanupafterthem(plasticbagreceptaclesarelocated throughouttheResort).
• Do not tie your pet to our trees.
• Maximum 2 pets per site, no aggressive breeds, you are liable for their damage.
• Rabies and licenses must be current.
• No pens or cages are to be left outside overnight.
• Do not leave them unattended, inside or outside of the RV.
POOL RULES POOL AREA: For registered guests only HOURS: 5:00 am to 10:00 p m
NO lifeguard on duty. Use the pool at your own risk.
NO children under the age of 14 allowed in the pool area, gym, restroom or laundry room without a parent or guardian. All children must wear a resort wristband to swim.
NO one under the age of 14 allowed in the spa.
NO alcoholic beverages, glass containers or ice chests allowed in pool area.
NO running on the pool deck, no horseplay in or around pool area.
NO street clothes in the pool or spa; proper and modest swimming attire at all times.
NO rafts, throwing objects or diving allowed in pool or spa.
NO pets allowed in the pool area.
Parents are responsible for actions and safety of children. Anyone not following the pool rules will be asked to leave. Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper when using the pool.
