Significance / Importance• Baguio belongs to the biome of tropical rainforest
and it is said that it is the most complex biome. It serves as a home to over half of the total species on Earth. As a Fashion Designer, it helps me to do my things easily and feel comfortable that I wouldn’t get irritated because I am used to its temperature. It wouldn’t be hard for me to adjust. There are lots of vintage shops “ukay-ukay” and in that way I can sell my new clothing designs which is affordable. Our climate affects our way of clothing, it changes every time.
• There are different trends we follow or set for our different climate changes. The climate affects our way of dressing up. We “fashion designers” are needed to design new clothing apparel that is appropriate for the climate we are currently experiencing. It would look funny if you see someone wearing a jacket on a very hot day or somebody wearing sleeveless on a rainy day. Therefore, I conclude that this biome is really important, because clothing has a very great influence on our everyday life and fashion designers are essential.
