Single Needle, Plain Feed, Flat Bed, Double Thread Chain Stitch Machine for seaming and hemming from light to heavy weight material such as multi-wall paper, PP/PE woven cloth, jute bags, etc. This model is used as a sewing head of paper bag sewing machine complete set, such as Model TN-2D, 6N, DSM-3, 7N, etc.Note: When ordering, please specify whether paper bags or PP/PE woven cloth bags.

Automatic tape cutting is available by Model NLC.

Two Needle, Plain Feed, Flat Bed, Four Thread Chain Stitch Machine for seaming and hemming from light to heavy weight fabric such as PP/PE woven cloth or jute bags. This model is a variation of model DN-2HS, and ef-fects a twin seam with two each of needles and loopers. Recommended when strong seam is required. Can be used as a single needle machine by simply removing one needle or the other.

Needle clearance is 6 mm between seams and 6.5mm in feeding direction.

High Speed, Single Needle, Plain Feed, Flat Bed, Dou-ble Thread Chain Stitch Machine for seaming and hem-ming of light to medium weight material. Most recom-mended for PP/PE woven cloth bags. Completely automatic, totally enclosed lubrication system. Model DKN-3BP is recommended for heavy seaming and hem-ming operarations. Multi-wall paper bag sewing is avail-able upto 3-ply by Model DKN-3BP.

Extra heavy duty machine for sewing very thick material with chain stitch. Single thread chain stitch is available by replacing some parts.

Single Needle, Plain Feed, Flat Bed, Double Thread Overseaming Stitch Machine for overseaming from light to heavy weight fabric such as jute or PP/PE woven cloth bags. Extra heavy duty machine for overedging very thick material. The wide overseam width 15 mm in-creases seam strength. Overseam width 10mm is avail-able by replacing some parts.
