Our charitable gifts programBAE Systems will support your personal gift to an approved non-profit charity by contributing additional funds if the following requirements are met:

– You are an active employee at BAE Systems National Security Solutions.– Your contribution is a MINIMUM of $200 per gift, up to $5,000 per year. Gifts

must be made in cash, money order, check, or credit card.– The beneficiary is an approved non-profit charity recognized by the IRS under

Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and can provide certification of tax exempt status.

– The charity is headquartered in the United States or one of its possessions.

Charitable organizations that qualifyEducational– Colleges, universities, and junior colleges accredited by a regional

accreditation association– "Foundations" of elementary and secondary schools, public or private – Educational funds or associations, such as the College Fund/UNCF or the

Independent College Funds of America, that raise money for accredited educational institutions

– Alumni funds, if all gifts go directly to the school for academic programs

Arts/Cultural/Conservation– Art, history, and science museums– Conservation, preservation, and historical societies – Performing arts centers and companies for dance, drama, music, or opera– Public television and radio stations– Symphony orchestras– Zoos, aquariums, or botanical gardens– Humane Societies

Youth Organizations– National and local groups concerned with development (non-athletic); Boys and

Girls Club of America, Junior Achievement, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, YMCA, YWCA, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, FIRST programs

Health and Human Services– National health organizations involved in secular medical care or research
