1. Background

Previously in Rabitah system, Local agents were not able to maintain their Manufacturers (principles) details. Also as per PDO legal procedures, Due Diligence form should be filled by Manufacturers and not by local agents. But as the manufacturers are not registered to PDO (in turn they don’t have Rabitah userid and password), this form was filled by Local agents on behalf of Manufacturers.

To make sure the DD form is filled by manufacturer; new process has been implemented in Rabitah.

New Process:-

1. Local Agent adds Manufacturers in Company Data Tab2. If the manufacturer is not registered to PDO previously, system will automatically send the

manufacturer Registration page.3. Manufacturer will register using the registration page.4. PDO will approve the manufacturer and in turn the manufacturer will get Login and Password to

Rabitah.5. System will also send Due Diligence form to Manufacturer automatically. 6. Local Agent can track the status of the manufacturer form.

2. Local Agent: Addition of Manufacturers/Principles in Company Data Tab

Login into PDO Rabitah system. Follow below steps to add/associate manufacturer/principle to your account.

Step 1:- Click on Master Data Manager Tab Step 2:- Click on Manufacturer link (Expand the Company tree)Step 3:- Click on Edit button to start adding your manufacturers

Step 1:- Click on New Line. A new line will be added to the manufacturer box. Step 2:- Enter the manufacturer details in all the columns.Step 3:- Click on Save to save the details.

Note:- Once you save the details, you will not be allowed to change or delete the

Manufacturers. Make sure you put correct Manufacturer Name and Email ID as per the

Manufacturer Commercial Registration certificate. If the manufacturer is already registered in PDO, system will not send any

registration link to Manufacturer. System will automatically populate the PDO Manufacturer ID associated with the manufacturer and its current status.

Before entering the manufacturer, kindly ensure or check with the manufacturer whether they have already registered to PDO and have userid, password to Rabitah system.

If they have already registered to PDO then ask them to provide the email id and correct manufacturer name they used during their registration.

Once you save, system will set the manufacturer status as “Registration Requested”

System will also send an email to mentioned email id with registration link.

If your manufacturer didn’t get an registration email , then you can resend the email using below linkClick on Edit button and then you will see an envelope icon on extreme right .

3. Manufacturer: Registration using Registration Page Email

System will send an email to mentioned email id with registration link.

Step 1:- Click on Registration link in the email. Step 2:- Fill the Registration form. Click on Send button

Note:- Once you click on Send button, your registration will be sent to PDO for approval. If PDO approves your registration request, system will automatically send you the

userid and password to PDO Rabitah system. Use the userid and password to login to PDO system.

4. Manufacturer: Userid and Password for Rabitah

Once your Registration is approved, system will send 3 emails to you.

1. First email will be your userid details for PDO Rabitah system

2. Second email will be your password for PDO Rabitah system

3. Third email will be Due Diligence form email notification. That you have fill and send it back after log in to Rabitah system.

4. Manufacturer: Submit DD form

Kindly go through the vendor training manual to check the process of submitting DD form online.

5. Local Agent: Manufacturer Registration Status check

Local agents can see the status of their Manufacturers in below screen. Below are the statuses

1. REGISTRATION REQUESTED: Initial status once the registration link is sent to the manufacturer2. DUE DELIGENCE FORM SENT: Once the Manufacturer is approved by PDO, system will

automatically send DD form to the manufacturer. System will set this status.3. DUE DELIGENCE ACCEPTED: Status is set once the DD form of manufacturer is accepted by PDO4. DUE DELIGENCE REJECTED: Status is set once the DD form of manufacturer is rejected by PDO
