Backbone Radio is the first Internet radio centralcasting software. You control everything, and keep your costs low. Create and manage your own playlists with simple drag-and-drop commands, accessing stored audio clips in your server's database. Go live any time, for as long as you want. Insert commercials around your live broadcast, either manually or from your existing automation system, using a serial input/switch closure. Control affiliate access; add, delete or change stations on the fly. See which stations are connected in real time, and automatically generate traffic logs for billing and administration. All the power you need, with a mouse click.

The Playlist is the basic unit of the Program Scheduler. It also serves as the Operations Panel. Drag-and-drop to add, change or rearrange items in the playlist. Randomize manually by checking boxes, or create an entire randomized playlist by generating a standard rotation template.

You can dynamically switch to another playlist when the current item has finished playing. A Text item automatically opens a readable script window during scheduled LIVE inserts. Go LIVE anytime, or stream analog mixed audio, by clicking the MIC button.

Double click any item to edit its preferences, such as the accompanying JPEG list, text annotation or intro/outro cross fade times.
