When educating the minds of our youth, we must not forget to educate their hearts.
Preschoolers and students from Grades 1-3 share one classroom.
Best friends Mary and Jae Ann, both 9 years old, are excited to see each other after typhoon Yolanda.
Learning can take place anywhere as long as there’s a dedicated teacher and students willing to learn. Even in a classroom with tarpaulin as roof.
And what is school time without a chance to play?

The World Vision team open the blue chests to cheers and children collect volleyballs, footballs, building blocks and craft materials.

"My favorite book is titled 'Monica Dalosdos,'" said Illona, 9-year-old. World Vision provided 500 plastic bins used to transport the books from school to school.
