1. What is BoT?

BoT is part of an effort to work proactively to support and encourage young people outside the labor market to further studies, employment or other meaningful occupation.

• Difficulties– Making the participants take their own

initiatives – Motivating ourselves

• Rewards– Seeing them enjoying BoT and that our work

actually makes a difference!!

• 21 Participants in the ages 18-24– 57 % Women– 43 % Men

• Almost 71 % of our ex-participants (17) show positive results.
