Unique and Innovative The new teacher and school leader preparation programs at The Educators College will result in an aggressive infusion of well-prepared talent and expertise in teaching and school leadership positions.
Distinctive features include:• A year-long clinical residency (funded by
partners of The Educators College). • Early, frequent, and varied classroom
experience, including post-graduate mentoring with a master teacher.
• A fast-track or accelerated program to acquire a bachelor’s or master’s degree (8- to 10-semesters). High-achieving high school graduates who enter Marian University with dual credit, AP credit and/or take summer courses may complete the program in fewer than 10 semesters.
