Webster Vienna has rolling admissions, which means that you can apply anytime. Additionally, you do not need to wait until you have received your high school diploma. Your application will be evaluated once you have submitted it.

If you require a visa, we strongly recommend that you apply a minimum of 6 months before the term start date. The visa process might take 3 to 9 months depending on your country of citizenship. You should apply for your visa as soon as you have been accepted to Webster University and have received your acceptance package, which includes a visa application form. In case your visa is not ready, please notify your Admissions Officer so he/she can defer your acceptance to the next starting term.

Webster Vienna Private University* offers five starting terms.

The average Undergraduate degree takes 4 years to complete. However students can be awarded advanced standing credit towards their bachelor’s degree. Credit awards are based upon the marks/grades you have obtained and the specific programs you have completed.
