BAC LHC newsletter WELCOME TO BAC Another new player has joined the BAC fold, it is Lucy Gardener she is joining us from Frome after a great piece of ‘during a match’ BAC PR from yours truly!! Welcome to BAC Lucy! October 2014 SOCIAL DATES FOR YOUR DIARY Bubble football For those of you who are not taking part please do come along and watch the rest of us run around in a giant bubble attempting football. The intention is to go for a beer and some food at Baileys Court Inn afterwards. All welcome!! When: Sunday November 16 Where: Wise Campus (the sports centre next to our home pitch) Time: 3pm Christmas Party ItttttttttSSssssssss CHHHHHHRRRRRiiiiiiiiissssssstmas (almost) Date: Saturday 6 December 2014 Venue: The Golden Guinea pub, in Redcliffe Time: 7pm until midnight Food: There will be a buffet of food from roughly half 7 Entertainment: There will be a mixture of a quiz, some music and games (with prizes) Price: £10 per person Can you please all let Katie WP know if you are coming and if you are bringing anyone else? Can you also please get the money to Katie WP as soon as possible as we need to confirm numbers and pay the pub. WP’s bank details to pay for Bubble Football (£16.50) and/or the Christmas social (£10) are in the email she sent earlier in the month but you can also give her cash at training or on Saturdays. If you send by bank transfer, can you please drop her an email confirming what it is for so she can keep tabs on who has paid for what. INJURY OF THE MONTH This months injury of the month goes out to Lisa Browne who got smashed in the face with the ball at the Yate v BAC2 match. At time of writing she had blood in her synisises and a chipped cheek bone, but despite this and again proving that hockey girls are really that tough, she played on....all of us at BAC HQ are wishing you a speedy recovery. Look at those dimples Cheeky!!!

SOCIAL DATES FOR YOUR DIARY

SURPRISE MOTM PRIZE OF THE MONTH

The SURPRISE man of the match prize of the month, goes to Woolly Pully, who won man of the match after showing some serious defending skills against Cirencester. Her reward? A little shock when she opened her ‘plain old can of nuts’ prize!!
