On the delivery of the said
Pumper, the successful bidder must furnish a certificate that such apparatus meets the stan-dards and requirements of the applicable governmental body or bodies, which standards apply, to the Branchport/Keuka Park Fire District. Each bidder is to submit with its proposal the form of contract, which it will ex-ecute for the furnishing of said Pumper. The terms of such con-tract are subject to approval by the attorney for the Branchport/Keuka Park Fire District before the same will be executed by the Board of Fire Commission-ers.
A bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, pay-able to the Branchport/Keuka Park Fire District, shall accom-pany each proposal. Bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within fifteen (15) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of all bids. The bid bond of the suc-cessful bidder is to be held until the contract is signed and any bonding or insurance require-ments have been met, following which the said bid bond will be returned. In case of failure to execute a contract and/or fur-nish any bond required in the specifications, as well as the insurance policies required, the bid bond of the successful bid-der is to become the property of the Branchport/Keuka Park Fire District.

(8) The right to award the contract for said Pumper is subject to the approval of the Financing Resolution which will provide for the financing of the purchase of said Pumper-conducted by the Board of Fire Commissioners in March, 2016.

under section 467 of the Real Property Tax Law is increased to $14,000.00.
The income eligibility sliding scale set forth under section 467(b)(1), (b)(2), and (b)(3) of the Real Property Tax Law shall continue for property owners exceeding the $14,000.00 income eligibility level.
