A bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, pay-able to the Branchport/Keuka Park Fire District, shall accom-pany each proposal. Bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within fifteen (15) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of all bids. The bid bond of the suc-cessful bidder is to be held until the contract is signed and any bonding or insurance require-ments have been met, following which the said bid bond will be returned.
