B2B Portal 1. Activate account If you have not yet an account on our B2B portal, the first step is to activate your account. If you already have an account, you can skip this step and directly go to ‘2. Login’. You should have received an email from us to activate your account. This email contains a link. Press in this e-mail on the b2b.pighen.com link. (Figure 1) Please contact us at info@pighen.com in case you did not receive an activation email.

Figure 1: The email with activation link After pressing this link, you will see a web page where you can choose your own password. Enter the password you want and then press Activate. (Figure 2)

Figure 2: the activation page After pressing on activate, you will see a message that your account is activated. You will also receive an email with your username and the password you have chosen. You can press on the ‘Click here to login’ button to go to the login page. 2. Login Go to b2b.pighen.com. Enter your email address in the login field and your password in the password field and press Enter. I forget my password If you forget your password, press the ‘Forget Password?’ button on the login page. Then enter your E-mail and press ‘Send’. You will now receive an email with a new password. Use this password to login.

3. Put items in your basket When you are logged in, you will see an overview of all the bracelets we have in our B2B portal. Press the image to go to the product page. At the product page you will see all the available sizes. Press a + by the size you want to select the quantity. Then press ‘Add to bag’ to add the items in your basket. When there are several colors of one item, you will sometimes see them on the product page below each other, like on figure 4. Press now ‘Back to shop’ to go back to the homepage to select more bracelets.

Press the green Check-out button to check-out. You will now see the ‘Order information’ page. At this page you can enter your PO-number and add remarks. If you have several delivery addresses, you also have to select your delivery address here. Check the button to agree with the terms and conditions and press the green confirm button to send your order. Now your order has been sent.
