B2BEXPO 2016 HIGHLIGHTS
MIX AT SIX NETWORKING FUNCTIONSB2BEXPO BREAKFAST
The B2B Expo 2016 and ACE 2016 Mix at Six Networking function provided attendees, exhibitors, and VIP guests an opportunity to network in an informal setting over some drinks and canapés to discuss the day’s topics and the current condition and future development of Australia’s SME industry.
This was the ideal way to celebrate a successful first day of B2B Expo 2016.
The B2B Expo 2016 Breakfast was the official launch of the inaugural B2B Expo series. Mr. Ray Evans, CEO of the Australian Business Forum, welcomed all delegates and VIP guests, and along with Mr. John Rashleigh, Chairman of the Australian Business forum, launched the event. Attendees heard from Hon. Bruce Atkinson, President of the Legislative Council, and an inspiring and insightful keynote address delivered by the High Commissioner for the Republic of Mauritius in Canberra, His Excellency, Mr. Patrick Cavalot.
MAURITIUS PAVILION
On their first trip to Australia, Enterprise Mauritius participated in the B2B Expo 2016 where they presented the vast and varying goods and services available from this island nation at the Mauritius Pavilion. This was a unique opportunity for Australian business to engage and network with a number of small businesses from Mauritius seeking potential opportunities to in Australia. With over 30 companies represented, showcasing a variety of textiles, corporate wear jewellery, fruit, pickles, pasta, and frozen goods, the Mauritius Pavilion was one not to miss.
B2B Expo 2016 was delighted to host Enterprise Mauritius at this inaugural event, and hope that they will endeavour to return again.
