SET-UP, BREAKDOWN & CLEANING

This package includes ceremony set-up and break down, white folding chairs for up to 200 guests,  2 hours of venue time, plus an additional 2 hours for photography sessions

throughout the ranch. This ceremony includes a walk down our illuminated wooden walkway draped with stringed lights, our wedding pergola, and the wedding barn porch.

You will also receive access to a private cabin 2 hours prior to the ceremony.

Let us set the scene for you with classic hydrangeas perfectly placed along the aisle, lanterns lit by candle leading you down the walkway to the pergola draped in white linens accented with florals.

Keep your guests refreshed. This includes a beverage station setup on the barn porch for arriving & departing guests with your choice of (two) infused waters. Glassware included. 

Valet parking provided by two trained ranch members. Guests will be directed to the walkway to exit, receive help unloading & exiting/entering the vehicle. Maximum of 6 hours. Disposable floor mats included.

This day is special for you and your loved ones, let us take care of the heavy lifting for you. We will help you with the set up, break down, and cleaning of the venue space. We'll even help you and your vendors pack and load up. 

The best part about our ranch? Our family. You'll receive a  private tour of the ranch by one of our ranch hands for you, your wedding party, and your photographer. Capture incredible memories with our llamas, horses, lemurs, and more.
