Program Associate – Arizona Teaching FellowsPhoenix, AZ

TNTP seeks a part-time Program Associate for our Arizona Teaching Fellows program. The Program Associate will be a TNTP employee based in our Arizona Teaching Fellows program office in Phoenix for about 20 hours per week. TNTP may provide a relocation stipend to help defray the cost of moving.

Role and Responsibilities

The Program Associate role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to use their organizational and communication skills and commitment to customer service to affect how teachers are selected and prepared to teach in Arizona schools. 

Specifically, the Program Associate will:

Process and review candidate applications and maintain records of all candidate documents and requirements in the applicant database

Initiate and respond to candidate communications (email, telephone, and walk-in) in a timely manner

Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of information related to teacher recruitment, selection, hiring and TNTP Academy events

Assist in the collection of tuition for TNTP Academy Represent the program, which may include public speaking about the application process or

other operational functions at program events Work with the client and the Arizona Teaching Fellows team on additional projects as

necessary to ensure the program meets its goals

Compensation
