Azalea ‘Irish Cream’ (Holly Springs type)
• Use: Perfect as a low growing hedge or in a shady spot in the landscape. It works well in many garden settings including woodland plantings, mixed borders, and con-tainers.
• Exposure/Soil: Part shade. Moist, well-drained soil, but not soggy. Please amend the soil if you have red clay.
• Growth: Moderate grower to 3 to 4 ft. tall and 2 to 4ft. wide. Wide spreader.
• Hardiness: 6-9; shrub
• Foliage: Evergreen. Green leaves. • Flower: The flowers are white and very large (in the 3"
to 4" range) in mid-spring. Each flower has a greenish yellow blotch in the throat.
