    In 1500bc, after advent of Buddhism surgery

    is banned

    Ayurveda medicine flourished till 12th century,

    till the Muslim invasionIn 1883 - British invasion, virtually all Ayurveda

    interest in Ayurveda.

    In 1946 formal govt. recognition and

    reacceptance of ayurveda

    PRAKRITI Innate nature

    Generally Vata, pitta, kapha are predominantin the last, middle & first periods of life, day,

    night and digestion of food respectively

    Tridoshas rule over everyone but their ratio

    of predominance decides ruler of your body

    VATA - lean, bony, quick, active, talkative,unpredictable, creative, constipated

    PITTA - medium, sharp, intelligent, aggressive,

    KAPHA giant, overweight, lethargic, calm
