Course objectives: Understanding the concept of general pharmacology

Course contents:

General concepts used in the pharmaceutical field, the basic features of the effect of the drug, the sub-branches of pharmacology, general characteristics of drug supply and drug (drug (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and elimination kinetics, dose-concentration-effect relationship and the mechanism of action, drug-receptor interaction, factors that modify the effect of drug interactions, toxicity, rational drug use).

Dersin Amacı Kalp damar sisteminin fizyolojisi ve farmakolojisi öğretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Ders İçeriği Kalp damar sisteminin fizyolojisi, bu sistem üzerine etki eden ilaçlar (antiaritmikler, antianginal ilaçlar, antihipertansifler, periferik vazodilatörler, kalp yetmezliklerine karşı kullanılan ilaçlar, diüretikler, hipolipidemik ilaçlar, antikoagülanlar, antitrombositik ilaçlar, fibrinolitikler ve hemostatik ilaçlar…gibi) ve etki mekanizmalarının öğrenilmesi hedeflenmektedir.
