The opportunities for employment in the public sector in South Africa are both varied

and extensive. When seeking employment the security, training and career options

within the public sector are lucrative drawing cards in the South African jobseeker

market. Redefining Success was started in May 2017 as a platform to help people

redefine what success means to them. This website exists to give everyone a chance

at making their dreams come true. At ayandambanga.co.za we offer jobseekers career

guidance and weekly job listings in the public sector and other industries to advance in

their careers and reach their goals.

We cater for people at all stages of their career. So, whether they are only just starting out

or have been working for many years, we are here to help. Our platform showcases job

opportunities in South Africa and these are updated weekly.

Our mission is to not only help jobseekers locate the job they want but also aid them

in successfully obtaining that job. This means we offer inspiring stories of people who

have reached success to motivate jobseekers to take those important steps forward

on their career journey. Or if they need advice to help them receive that job offer they

desperately want, our Vuk’uzenzele page is there to do just that.
