The test module has power supply tension monitoringand consumed current control ASIC systems on the basisof a DC/DC converter with PMBus 1.0 interface, FPGAXilinx Virtex-5 XC5VFX70T was used.

We have developed Hardware and Software. To makedebugging more comfortable the board has JTAGmodule. A set of standard FPGA-implemented interfaceshelps test all ASIC capabilities.

AXONIM Devices – Telemetry Controllers & Humidity Indicators

AXONIM experts developed telemetry controllers andhumidity indicators that are used by integrator companyas a part of microclimate system in vegetable stores. Themain computer is microcontroller MSP430 of TI.

These controllers get data from temperature indicatorsDS1820 and humidity indicators with 1Wire-compatibleinterface which is a part of MSP430 controller programand manage ventilation system valves.

The controllers are operated via special SCADA systemdeveloped by the customer and they provide rightmicroclimate in stores for the food storage technologicalprocess.

BSP RTOS eCos 3.0 was developed for AT91SAM9x25and Xilinx Microblaze platforms. There are drivers fornetworks, NAND FLASH memory drivers wereimplemented to integrate with FIS RedBoot.PROFINET stack of SIEMENS was ported.

AXONIM Devices –optical photodetectors metrological installation plate quality control system

Optoelectronic system for 3D scanning, measuring height andmicro assemblies linear CCD sizes. Scanning System element isa 2D scanner based on the method of optical triangulation.Scanner is fixed on portal platform moving along axes at anangle to the survey reflected specular component object, thatcan significantly reduce the emission power of the probinglaser beam. System is equipped with high-precision movementguides, screws and stepper motors.

Control is carried out using drivers by the movement of a givenposition. The position of the scanning beam is controlled bythe driver due to the included in the feedback of the tworaster-type sensors with accuracy in determining the positionof +/-0.5 microns.

AXONIM Devices –optical photodetectors metrological installation plate quality control system

Driver moves the scanning 2D scanner as X and Y. In the endpoints of the platform set limit switches to avoid increasedloads on the driver when jamming of the screw.

Software specially designed for the system, controls thescanning process, provides interpretation and converts thedata to a set of spatial coordinates. Software structureincludes calculator that allows to carry out the necessarycalculations to measure the height, size and position of linearCCD micro assemblies. The intuitive user interface enablesquick scanning and processing of the data.

Sensors are designed for common applications inquality control, production processing andautomation, e.g. for the automotive industry, forwelding and joining applications.

AXONIM specialists have developed a processorboard, a CMOS sensor board and software. Theyhave developed, tested and ported to DSPprocessors of Texas Instruments C64x+, AnalogDevices BlackFin, FPGA Xilinx Spartan 6 and AlteraCyclone 3 algorithms for image filtering, detectingthe useful signal for future processing andcalculating the scan profile of laser system.

This controller is used in inquiry systems and it helpsdisplay effective data and media content. The maincompute core of the controller is dual core SoC OMAP-L138. ARM core has OS Linux and Windows EmbeddedCE 6.0.

For video file decryption framework Gstreamer andvideo codecs(MPEG4, MPEG2 and H.264) for DSP, ofTexas Instruments are used. As the video controllerFPGA Xilinx Spartan 6 is applied to implement aproprietary serial interface.

AXONIM Devices – Observer Location System via Video Sequence

AXONIM specialists developed an algorithm ofan observer location via video sequence. Thealgorithm is based on Lukas-Kanade algorithmof tracking the specific features of imaging and3D-modeling on the basis of several images.

This algorithm is used as extra to positionunmanned aerial vehicles in the air. Thisalgorithm is adapted for a customer’s platformbased on SoC DM3730. The algorithm worksvia DSP-core of SoC and exchanges data withARM via DSP link mechanism.

Portable computer for a wide range of tasks related todata processing, transmission, receive and storage andthe protection of soft- and hardware parts from anunauthorized access.

This device is based on an Intel/Atommicroprocessor. The computer has the implementedfunction of the casing integrity control preventing anyunauthorized access to the inner parts of the computer.

The remote data reading via peripheral slots of thecomputer is also eliminated due to the appropriateconstruction solutions.
