AWS Storage Gateway
• Store primary data in Amazon S3, and retain frequently accessed data locally on-premise. Gateway-Cached volumes provide substantial cost savings on primary storage, minimize the need to scale your storage on-premises, and retain low-latency access to your frequently accessed data.

• Configure their on-premises data gateway to store primary data locally, and asynchronously back up point-in-time snapshots of this data to Amazon S3. These Gateway-Stored volumes will provide durable and inexpensive off-site backups that your team can recover locally or from Amazon EC2.

§ CloudEndure provides Disaster Recovery as a Service for AWS§ Install CloudEndure onto select on-premise physical and virtual machines§ Provide block level replication into AWS§ Up to the minute Recovery Point Objective (RPO) § Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 3 minutes for Linux based machines and 10 minutes for Windows based machines
