Avon Product Review – Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is Avon Cosmetics Limited, NunnMills Road, Northampton, NN1 5PA (“Avon”).

2. The Prize Draw is subject to these terms and conditions and is open to all UKresidents aged 18 years or over who are registered users on the Avonwebsite (www.avon.uk.com), excluding:2.1 independent Avon Representatives professionally connected with the

Prize Draw ; 2.2 Avon employees professionally connected with the Prize Draw; 2.3 temporary workers of Avon professionally connected with the Prize Draw; 2.4 Avon agency staff or contractors professionally connected with the Prize Draw;

and; 2.5 any individuals who live in the same household as those persons

referred to in clauses 2.1 to 2.4.

3. If you do not meet the criteria specified then your entry will not be deemed valid.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. More than one entry into the Prize Draw is permitted, thus increasing the chances of winning a prize, but there will be only one prize awarded per entrant.

6. The Prize Draw opens at 00.01 on 14th June 2018 and closes at 23:59 on 31st August 2018 (“ Entry Pe riod ”).

7. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be included in the Prize Draw.

8. All entrants who visit www.avon.uk.com within the Entry Period and write a review on any Avon product will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.

9. Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrants whose Avon product review is deemed offensive.

10.The Prize to be won is 1 x Avon Product hamper consisting ofTrue colour Finishing pearls - Medium, Mark Big & Extreme Mascara in Black, SSS Original Dry Oil Spray,Sunny Days Hat, Sun Safety Bottle, Avon Sun Quick dry clear spray SPF30, Avon Sun Moisturising Sun Spray SPF15, Avon Sun Protective Balm, Tropical Slogan Shopper, Advance Tech Argan & Coconut Oil Moisturising balm, Little Mistress Hexagon Sunglasses, Color trend Coconut Lip Balm, Senses Caribbean Colada Shower Crème, Senses Fruity margarita Shower Crème , Tahitian Holiday EDP

11. (the “Prize”). The prize is worth £104.95 based on normal brochure prices.12. On 31st May 2018 Avon, at their sole discretion will select 1 winner at random from all

those entrants who have met the entry requirements for the Prize Draw.

12. The winner will be contacted by Avon by email after the closing date and before31st May 2018 and the Prize will be sent to the winner via courier within 15 days fromthe date of a confirmation email from the winner.

13.All Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.

14. If Avon is unable to contact a winner within 21 days, the Prize shall be deemed to beunclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen at Avon’s solediscretion. Avon will not be responsible or liable for any Prize that isunclaimed or declined.

15. Avon reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered (such Prize will be of equal orgreater value) and/or alter the Prize Draw in any way, including cancelling orwithdrawing the Prize Draw altogether.

16. Avon reserves the right to withhold Prizes in the event of non-compliance withthese terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there tohave been any malpractice throughout the Entry Period.

17. The winner may be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemedappropriate by Avon.

18. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering thePrize Draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound bythese terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in thepromotional material. Non-compliance may render you ineligible to receive thePrize.

19. All entrants acknowledge that, in the course of participating in this Prize Draw ,certain information about them (“Personal Data”) will be captured, electronically orotherwise, and will be transmitted to Avon (including any of Avon's groupcompanies) and third parties associated with the Prize Draw . All entrantsexpressly agree to:19.1 the transfer of Personal Data to Avon (including any of Avon's group

companies) and any third parties associated with the Prize Draw for the purpose of processing Personal Data in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw ;

19.2 the transfer of Personal Data to Avon (including any of Avon's group companies) for the purpose of processing Personal Data in connection with

providing you with information on products or services that you request from us or which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes; and

19.3 the transfer of Personal Data to a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") including the USA and the storage and processing of such Personal Data outside the EEA for the purposes detailed in clauses 18.1 and 18.2.

20. All entrants hereby irrevocably assign all or any rights in the entries submitted to Avon, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights and/or moral rights subsisting therein.

21. Avon’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
