Since the beginning in 1990, we have worked on the philosophy that we

In order to naturally integrate the technology in the room, all bass-

reproducing devices are hidden above the ceiling, and the speakers are

selected in the same soft shapes and colours as the rest of the interior.

The speakers hover freely from the columns so that the room retains its

simplicity and elegance. The multifunctional audio system also makes it

easy to change the function of the room from lounge to disco or to a VIP

event. One button on the control panel manages it all.

A room with a unique view is worth a visit in itself. Imagine that the room

serves as both a hotel lounge with a view over the Øresund Strait and

gentle background music during the day and as a fashionable disco in

the evening! This was the solution for a leading Nordic conference hotels

that wanted to utilise the 23rd fl oor as a restaurant, bar and lounge. The

hotel however required that the audio system did not a� ect the room’s

aesthetic expression.

Is it possible to reconcile the cosy farmyard idyll with modern technology,

without losing the soul? That was one of the questions the farm’s

residents, a promotional company, asked AV-Huset in regard to the

renovation of their showroom. The room was also to serve as a conference

room for customers and employees without the technology having to

be move around. It was therefore a requirement that the AV solution

naturally blended into its surroundings and was easy to operate.

In order to maintain the room’s simple and clean lines the speakers and

control panel are integrated directly into the wall. Furthermore, the

whiteboard surface has been toned so that it harmonises with the rest of

the interior when not in use. The projector is placed on the tie beam with

a special lens, ensuring a sharp and colour saturated picture - even with

the sunlight pouring in from the roof window. With just one tap on the

control panel the meeting is well underway.

The solution is a beautiful room where the technology is built into the

ceiling and completely invisible when not in use. With just one tap on

the control panel, the room transforms into a high-tech conference room,

where everything from projector to curtains, sound and light is automatically

controlled. An intuitive and intelligent communication solution that en-

sures optimal use of the room and peace of mind. Here the technology

controls itself, so the bank can focus on the most important factor – the

people around.

The technology should be invisible. Picture and sound in top quality. That

was two of the requirements AV-Huset had when a meeting room needed

renovating in one of the country’s banks. The room was to serve as both

a conference room for the Board and be presentable for receptions and

other events for its customers and employees. At the same time, the

AV solution needed to be quick and easy to operate – without having to

obtain help from an IT professional.

Visually the pylons match the centre’s other lines – from fonts to colours

and graphics - and support the venue’s modern and classical expression.

The pylons are equipped with wheels and can be easily positioned

anywhere in the conference centre where there is need for specifi c information.

The digital info screens were developed in collaboration with the Spanish

design and manufacturing company Arthur Holm and custom designed to

the conference centre’s needs.

The fi rst impression is vital to the overall experience. Therefore, it was important

for one of the largest conference centres in the country to bring a visual guide-

line to their guests, so they felt well received and guided all the way from the

reception to the room they should be in. The conference centre also wanted to

show the many di� erent types of information - anywhere in the centre. The

solution was 16 custom designed pylons with double sided info screens.

The advantage of our conference solutions is that they optimally

support the meeting participants and the person responsible for the

meeting - without technology stealing the show. Just one tap on the

microphone activates various features in the room when the speaker is

ready to speak. The camera is directed at the speaker and sets up the

recording with optimal light adjustment. The sound is set individually

to the correct tone for the room and the speech is recorded and saved

automatically.

With a custom digital conferencing solution from AV-Huset you

can manage meetings effectively - in the city council, the region,

the courtroom and at conferences. The conference systems enable

participant registration through the use of ID cards, automatic

camera control and meeting control via touchscreen, and they are

fully prepared for interpretation. The conference system makes

it possible to record images and sound from meetings as well as

stream debates and presentations to the web.

To support the room’s quiet atmosphere, the microphones are placed

centrally on the specially designed microphone system. This gives a

harmonious expression and matches the hall’s fi ne old brass table lamps,

which are also symmetrically designed. The six cameras in the hall are

built into the speaker’s platform, for which an additional section was

made out of the original wood. A unique solution that has lifted the

platform and communication in the courtroom.

Even if you do not immediately notice it, the historic city hall is a

high-tech conference room, o� ering everything from digital meeting

management to voting and video presentation of speakers. With respect

to the city hall’s historical value it was crucial that the conference solution

was installed in keeping with the hall’s unique expression. Therefore, the

technology is integrated into the microphone system, so that it blends

naturally with the room.

One of our projects involved developing and installing a complete video

system for an indoor golf centre, and another involved providing a

temporary AV installation for one of the country’s museums. They needed
